Job Hill
The morning crew leaves a lot to be desired. I do enjoy the night crew. I’m pescatarian so I only come here if it’s a convenience. The options are fine but limited for me. My issue isn’t the food, it tasted great. It’s the service. Having seven people behind that counter prioritizing only two cars in the drive thru lane is ridiculous. One of the employees admitted they were slow that morning. I shouldn’t have three didn’t employees have to attend to me. It was a cycle too. Five minutes go by of no one acknowledging then an employee pops up asks me a trivial question like why I don’t want meat. Not everyone eats meat. Respect my dietary restrictions and I’ll respect your freedom to consume whatever you want. She disappears and gets someone to help me after five more minutes. This guy is great for conversation but not interested in doing his job well, just good enough. I kept having to repeat what I wanted even though it was a simple meal combo (egg & cheese biscuit with potatoes & an iced coffee with cream and sugar). Not that complicated. Finally, the third employee, a skinny black woman was the one who was actually interested in doing there job. She had to make my drink and correct mistakes the guy had made while doing my order. She was mild mannered and definitely the one who saved this experience for me. I definitely eat here again. I’m just going to rely on placing mobile orders.

My order was incorrect through the drive thru and the two women I dealt with to resolve this completely replaced my order and were exceptional. They went above and beyond to replace everything very quickly. They did a fantastic job. What you want and hope for regarding customer service

Not only was everything cold, my baked potato got replaced with fries with out even telling my Dasher to let me know they didn’t have any so I can take it off my order. I already had fries which are cold so I had to throw them out. I just ended up throwing both of them out.

This location has gone down hill. One, they don’t give receipts. My husband went their Monday night around 9:10pm. One of the chicken sandwich’s was raw! Took a bite and spit it out right away. It even smelled so bad! Everything we got was old and must have been just sitting there. It’s a shame that they think it’s okay to serve people this type of food. We threw everything out because it was such a disappointment.

I asked for the double baconator they gave me a Jr. I ordered 4 chocolate chip cookies, they said 5 for $5,bought that. They only gave me 4. Then no receipt given so I couldn’t call them.

Ordered via app. 7 sandwiches, a soda, and fries. Received delivery, bag sealed, receipt on bag and was missing 6 sandwiches. Call and try to resolve the issue and get met with an attitude. Tried blaming the delivery driver for giving me the bag they packed without 2/3rds of the order. This place is a joke.

They simply can not read an online order. If a customer asks for no mayonnaise it means no mayonnaise not extra mayonnaise. The Wendy’s in Pottstown is probably the worst in the franchise and can never get our orders right. We usually will drive to Royersford, but thought we would give this one a chance again since it’s been awhile. Huge mistake, just don’t go here. Make the drive to another location.
