There is a distinct difference between this Wendy’s and any other nearby Wendy’s (there are plenty). This one consistently has the worst service I’ve ever experienced at a fast food establishment. Don’t get me wrong, I love most of Wendy’s food, but I would jump for joy to see this specific location shut down and replaced with an Arby’s (or any other inferior fast food).

They’ve always got attitude at the drive through window. They *will* get your order wrong if you change anything from the default menu. Our latest attempt to order a biggie bag meal, after repeating our order twice, we tried to specify that we wanted to substitute the small fry for a small chili. This is a substitution that has been honored at every Wendy’s we’ve gone to 100x before- this has never been an issue. The conversation goes: “No, we don’t do that”. “What do you mean, we always substitute this?”, “Nope, we can’t”, “Alright thanks then”. So instead of that we picked up food next door at Wawa- WAY better place to spend your money.

But hey if you’re still interested in Wendy’s, I recommend driving 5 minutes down the road to the one in Collegeville. Same business, same food, far better service- always polite and friendly. And they’ll let you get a small chili instead of small fry.

Absolutely miserable lady working. Rude in the drive through, rude in person, and complained about having to break a $50 bill. Hope she finds peace in the world. I’ll be heading to collegeville location for now on.

I will never deliver from this store again.

At 12:53 last night, I received a ping for an Uber Eats order from this Wendy’s. Seeing that I was going to be there at 1:03, I had figured that the orders been made, there will still be somebody closing the store up, it’s no problem. This is a scenario that plays out nightly for just about every establishment.

When I pulled up, the lady working was cursing me out that they were closed and that she would not provide the order, which was already made and within view of the drive-thru window because “I received this order at 12:15 and I should have been there already.” She sat there screaming and cussing and threatening to call the cops when she could have just provided the customer with the food that was already made, I could have gotten paid and I wouldn’t have had to explain to the customer that her poor customer service led to the cancelation of their order. I was wildly disappointed.

This instance led to a loss of $20 on a 2.5 mile order— pretty much a unicorn amongst Uber eats orders.

This was a very good Wendy’s location. The drive-thru was moving fast, and the dining room was open. I ordered online and ate in the dining room, which was clean and nicely decorated. We were pleasantly surprised to see that a former manager from the Pennsburg McDonald’s was working here. The food that we ordered was properly customized as I requested, and the Coca-Cola freestyle machines worked well.

This is the worst Wendy’s i’ve ever been to. The staff is inattentive and rude.

While waiting for my food at the pick-up window, an employee was arguing with a customer over the drive-through. Then I was asked to pull forward to wait for a couple items for my order. After waiting for almost 10 minutes, I went inside to ask about my items and the staff had completely forgotten.

After waiting at the counter for another 5 minutes and being ignored after I asked for the items, I decided to just leave.

Came in around 9;40 pm on a Saturday (Dec 10) with a lot of folks wanting food, so I went in for dining. Although slammed, the manager that was working (a young chill lady), greeted me and let me know she would be with me soon. I placed my order chili and a double stack. She let me know they were out of chili and offered me a 10 piece nugget. Very kind (I would have been cool with a 4 piece). Customer service on her part was lovely. Nice folks while getting slammed by people. 🙂 (also, the most perfect stacked burger I’ve seen in a while).

Nothing like pulling up to the drive thru window and watching two Wendy’s employees walk past smoking weed on what maybe was a “smoke break”. The smell was so strong it was literally coming in my window at the drive up.
They have no manners, you say thank you to them and nothing not even your welcome, have a great night. Just totally rude. I’d rather drive 15 minutes away to another one then this one that is 2 minutes away. Horrible customer service.
