I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of food I received. I ordered a single with cheese, but what I got was completely unsatisfactory. The burger was drenched in mayonnaise and lacked basic condiments like ketchup or mustard. This is unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this establishment. Frankly, I believe a refund is warranted for this experience.

When I came in I stood at the counter at least 5 minutes employees walked back and forth without even acknowledging me. Unfortunately with a scale, your biggie bags on door dash keep showing up like this. Received 3 nuggets again. Less than filled fries and a marinated burger that looks like it’s been sitting in a heat lamp and not made fresh. Missing my add-on, must I go on. Overall the food quality is poor and thrown together. Now weeks have gone by since ordering and speaking with the manager Rei. Looks like nothing has changed.
Please people, Stop ordering from this location. They have tons of workers and everyone appears as if they are working but in fact they are not. Close this location or hire a whole new crew.

This Wendy’s is the worst I’ve ever been to. They usually get my order wrong by leaving out things and I go inside to get it, but this time was a new low. I ordered a baconator and got a Dave’s single, and in the biggie bag I ordered, they left out the fries, and give me spicy nuggets when I didn’t ask for spicy.

I dont know what’s going on with this location. Last order got canceled, this order took longer because the workers were being rude and ignoring the washer. Management need to correct this, im calling corporate this is unacceptable, food cost to much to be sending out cold food
