I had an extremely disappointing experience. I went through the drive-thru to grab a quick lunch and was asked to park because the order would take 5 minutes. I waited 25 minutes before my food finally arrived.
Halfway home, I realized the Zinger Wings were missing, so I had to drive all the way back. When I told them about it, I had to wait another 10 minutes.
When I finally got back to work, one of the wings was burnt, and my chips were half the portion they should be.
My entire lunch break was wasted, and I didn’t even have time to eat. Really disappointing service.

The new crunch box meals are to die for, everything mouthwatering. The BBQ flavour is my favorite currently, it’s the best and affordable too. Kudos to those who always come up with these boxmeals and of course the hands behind them at Kfc Beacon bay. Still the store I prefer than most stores based in East London. Took the promotional streetwise 5 , it’s a full satisfying meal great that the buns are always fresh and fluffy. Best cost effective lunch for 2 . The service was outstanding every person I met was smiling from ear to ear . The restaurant is clean and fresh and an easy place to work in.

I’ve always enjoyed my food at kfc, but at of the last 2 orders they have burnt my chips and used old oil so the chips taste terrible! The chicken also cooked in old oil taste burnt and is burnt on the chicken, ruins the whole taste.
