This Wendy’s location in Clifton Heights has good staff members and my food was prepared hot & accurate. I’m not sure what happens at this store at night but day time food for me is great. The store has plenty of seating and also you can eat outside as seen in this reviews pictures. I understand employees are supposed to work in certain area and not allowed to cross in another workers area but it gets ridiculous when the front counter staff member isn’t at the register and there is a drive thru window worker just standing there with no one in the drive thru. My order was sitting on the back blue shelving area and the drive thru worker couldn’t grab the order until the cashier came back and then we’re just looking at each other because the drive thru worker has no customers. Lol it’s like a person will get fired for helping out a customer not in their area. Funny but strange. Keep up the good work with the hot food.

Ordered a son of baconator combo, 10 pc nugget with 3 BBQ sauce packets, and 2 cheeseburger kids meals. They provided a kids meal cheeseburger with 2 slices of bacon and mayo! Employees could not even place the correct sauce in a paper bag only providing 1 BBQ and 2 honey mustard. No wonder they work at a fast food restaurant can follow simple directions

We placed and order at the kiosk and customize the burgers to our liking. When we receive them, both of the burgers were raw. We asked them to remake the one since will not eat raw meat, has to be well done, and that is the standard for fast food places due to illnesses. They remade it wrong had to go back up and they were like what “even ordered you have.” They aren’t referencing the order receipts when making food . So they had to made three times and might not already be done this time I didn’t even bite it yet. They then forgot the frosty and was rude when they handed it to the significant other. Then we purchased a thing of ranch which was $.50. We gave them a dollar and we only got 5 cents back. With a rude voice the person at the counter said, “ We have no quarters.” Like do you not know how to do basic math? We could’ve got five times or 20 nickels or mixture. I do not recommend this place at all. They should have to do a food safety course about illnesses when it comes to all meat and fast food.

I went here on November 14th at 11:30 pm. Tell that girl that she needs to have a better customer service attitude. She got AirPods in, she can’t even hear us order, she pretty much forgot half of it. She was rude when we confirmed our order yet she literally got it wrong. I received 4 nuggets in my 6 nugget and we also are missing a lemonade, straw, and forks. When we pulled up to pay she was on the phone and didn’t even talk to us. This is so weird that this is how customer service is now and yall do nothing about the bad reviews.

The Drive Thru was fine meaning it was clean on the outside of the building. The disappointing factor was the food was lukewarm. It wasn’t hot or fresh for that matter. It was something quick.

Drive through cashiers are very rude and the 3 times I’ve been there the order has been wrong, breakfast is even worse, and you have to give them your phone to tap and pay which defeats the purpse this particular Wendy’s sucks, please don’t spend your hard earned money there. As for breakfast the bun was stale and the egg was overcooked. I don’t expect fast food workers to be a ray of sunshine but don’t be rude and act annoyed simply because I place an order

I was wondering why this location had less than 3 stars. It’s always a wait of at least 20 minutes in the drive thru. Fast food isn’t fast anymore. Don’t come here hungry because you’ll be starving before you get to order and actually get your food. The quality of the food is just okay. Wendy’s isn’t what it used to be.

Went to this newly opened location I thought I will have tasty food but they proved me wrong. First of all the meal that I ordered was not the same. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich which comes with lettuce, tomato, and mayo but it had no lettuce in it plus they gave me old fries and a sandwich. The sandwich tasted like it was made a few hours ago. Management and staff were very slow. The manager had an attitude. She said to one of the customers “ I can’t take order right now I have 5 other things to handle you can place an order at the kiosk.” the drive-through customers had to come inside to pick up their food.
