Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Poor Service and Food Quality.

To whom it may concern,
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at your establishment during the night shift (from 6:00 p.m. onwards).

First, the employee at the drive-thru window was extremely arrogant and lacked basic customer service skills; she appeared disgruntled and unprofessional.

Furthermore, my order was incorrect, and I was overcharged.

When I called to speak with the manager to address these issues and the general incompetence of the night staff, he became visibly upset by my feedback. Despite spending nearly $27, the manager only offered to refund $10, which is unacceptable given the circumstances.

Regarding the food, the quality was poor. The entire order was cold, and the chicken sandwich was not only cold but also burnt and had a terrible taste.

When using the drive-thru, customers are usually in a hurry and expect accuracy, fresh food, and courtesy—none of which were provided by your night team. I hope you take the necessary steps to improve your staff’s attention to detail and professional conduct.

I give this place a D for disgusting. I won’t be back! 2 of us came in today. We waited at the counter, and finally after shooting us wierd looks for some reason, the girl sauntered over to her register, then just looked up and stared at us. I said hello to be polite and then ordered. She never spoke, just nodded. Is this how they are trained these days? We went to get our drinks and sit down. Not one single table in the whole place was clean. We wiped a spot, but it was still gross and sticky. Only one bathroom was open, and the sink was gross there, too. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

I keep trying to give this location a chance and every time it just gets more and more disappointing. Stopped to get a few breakfast sandwiches this morning and ordered through the app since the drive thru is a nightmare at all times of day. Had to wait 5 minutes after making contact through the window and then they had us sit in one of the mobile order spots. About 35 minutes for the whole wait but I didn’t mind because they were making “fresh eggs” for our sandwiches. Go home to eat and the eggs are akin to rubber and the sausage and bacon was just sad. Not even a little warm and I live about 2 minutes from this location. I don’t think I’ll be going back.

Edit: 12/1/2022. Stopped by here to try it out again since it’s been months. The service was MUCH better this time. Employee informed me management was on premises so they stepped up a bit. Then I get home. Ordered a large fry and it legitimately is not even half full. The rest of the food is pretty good but why am I paying for a large and getting a small?

This Wendy’s is probably the worst around! Most of the time if you have a problem the phone is unavailable, they struggle to get the orders correct and the customer service is seriously lacking! I think it’s best if you just take the extra time to travel to Wilkes Barre.

Service: There is one employee there who always works the counter. They appear to be gender neutral, and I write that only to identify the person, not as a negative remark. This individual takes so much time at the register and handing food to customers it is absurd. The employees are very frustrated and have to step in multiple times to get food moving again. One told me the employee is related to an owner, so they all suffer. I waited 30 minutes for this person to hand me my food which was sitting on a counter the whole time behind them. Many people complained. No action. Food: I’m just about finished with this Wendy’s. The burger meat is supposed to be fresh. It comes out burned, very dry, and lays heavy on the stomach. Atmosphere: average.

You guys continue time and time and time again to get orders wrong… It’s crazy how I’ve been working down the road for over a year and this whole time, every single time I decide to get Wendy’s for lunch, y’all mess my order up…

The burger, plain! Plain with just cheese! Today you even clarified with my 2 times! And y’all still have me a bacon cheese burger with everything on it!

Now I get people make mistakes, which is why I waited until this time (probably my 10th+ time getting my order wrong) to make this post

Come on Wendy’s! Tighten up! I don’t want to keep spending my money for the incorrect food!

Workers are not considerate of your time at all, their drive times are sometimes upwards of 20+ minutes WITH NO LINE.

Extremely slow employees. Guaranteed your wait time will be 20 minutes minimum. There is always a long line, at time you can’t even get on. Cars get off the line all the time due to long wait times. Unless you really want Wendys, I suggest go else were… you’ve been warned ⚠️

I buy multiple keychain tags for jJr.Frosty’s bc I have multiple children and when I said I have 3 the Girl didn’t believe me. She asked to see them and when she saw my keys having like 2/3 for each year last 5 years she had an attitude as if I did something wrong. She hands me my card and not in a nice way said have a good day and I sat there and she said what? I said umm I also ordered a burger she says “OH” and walks away for a WHILE and brings my burger giving me a dirty look and rolled her eyes as if my green money isn’t the same as anyone else’s. The shame on these ppl thinking giving a hard time to anyone is ok. If they only knew what I have been through with my “child” in the last two weeks maybe she wouldn’t treat me so awfully. The shame. I threw it all out bc I couldn’t trust they didn’t do something to my 3yr olds burger or the JR Frosty’s. Oh well, never again will I go here!!!
