First time going to Wahlburgers. Went before the dinner rush so there was no wait. I ordered the turkey burger with the spread on the side. The burger was honestly really good , I was surprised. My mother ordered the BBQ burger and my sister built her own. Everyone was happy with their burgers. We ordered the sweet potato tots and the onion rings on the side. The onion rings were good but the sweet potato tots were extremely greasy. There was a pool of oil at the bottom of the cup . My sister got a Long Island ice tea that wasn’t worth the price she paid for it .
If you just want a decent burger and your sick of the same places it’s worth a try but there are definitely better burger places out there

Husband and I stopped by for first time ever yesterday while in the area. Restaurant was pretty empty but it was an early weekday afternoon and most people are still at work. The girl that was host was also our server and was very friendly and attentive. We didn’t have to ask or wait long for anything our entire time there. I wish I remembered her name. 🙁
I ordered the Our Burgers Wahlbowl salad and although there was more greens than anything else, it was good. I am happy I also ordered a side of sweet potato tots or I would’ve still been hungry. The tots were absolutely delicious! I’d go back just for those alone. The dipping sauce was same as what is used for the salad and that was good as well. Hubby ordered the Bacon BBQ Burger with a side of fries and he really enjoyed it. He said he’d definitely come back and eat here again which is big for him because he’s picky with burgers.
Towards the end of our meal, our server came by with a Bay Breeze saying the table next to us ordered it but is allergic to one of the ingredients so couldn’t drink it. They couldn’t resell it obviously and she didn’t want to waste it by pouring it out so she offered it to us for free. We graciously accepted. That was nice of her because most staff at other places would’ve just dumped it.
The atmosphere is super spacious and inviting. Wood paneling and industrial. Hubby and I love Mark Wahlburg’s movies and we enjoyed watching the TV’s and looking at the posters and signage. We don’t understand the bad reviews for Wahlburgers at all. It’s meant to be a simple burger joint with good food and they deliver that. I was also impressed to hear the family occasionally visits this location and Donnie had paid for a few of the customers meals when he was there. We’ll definitely be back!

Very cool to go into the place after watching it on tv. We sat and ordered and the food took forever to come to our table. The waitress was really nice amd realized that and gave us desert on the house. Also my little guy didn’t really like the mac and cheese and she gave him a Smahlburger as a replacement at no additional charge. So aside from the looong wait for the food, the service was excellent.

Amazing food, terrible wait times. Was told it would take 20 minutes to get a table, but we were seated in 10. Great looking menu. Burgers are served without sides, except the kids menu, which includes a side. After placing our order, we waited for 30 minutes for it to arrive. When everything arrived, it was REALLY GOOD. Great portion sizes and delicious flavor. I hope they can get the wait time straightened out. And I was also told that they weren’t doing takeout yet, either. Hopefully that changes too.

My expectations were kind of high for this place. There isn’t a location in northern Al so when i came up to visit family i thought what a perfect time to see what all the hype was about. The waitress was very friendly and attentive to our table. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all and was very clean. The burger was good, nothing special. The sweet potato tots were really good. Our table shared the peanut butter sundae, it wasn’t a friendly’s Jim dandy but it was good. Overall it was just another burger joint.
