The employee was so rude she made my daughter cry! Let me just say that certain nights when I go to Wendy’s the 2 male employees are ALWAYS on point and have great customer service.
But tonight 2/1/26 my daughter a shy young adult who is finally venturing out on more solo trips after getting her license, decided she was going to pick up food for everyone. Yes it was late around 11:00pm but Wendy’s moto is “eat great even late”. The attitude is not necessary because the female employee tonight must not realize she is getting paid to do a job! Why are you treating people like you’re doing them some great favor when they are paying for a meal? Customers are very much allowed to come and order without the side of your bad attitude! Precooking burgers, chicken sandwiches and nuggets then leaving them under the hot lamp until they are rock solid is clearly what you’re doing! So not only did you make her cry with your obnoxious attitude but you gave her the most disgusting food. You’re going to get someone sick because you’re too lazy to drop fresh food. You also took her money and didn’t give her any change when she attempted to pay for the charge for the biggie bag you FORGOT in the first place… and she had to go back around and deal with your attitude again! Do better

Service was slow for Dine In, it seems as though the Cashier workers are more involved with all Uber Eats, Door Dash Orders vs the people standing right in front of them. Managers need to teach Cashier Workers to “multi-task” vs 1 Order at a time. People walking in to Order are just as important as the Drive Thur or Uber/Door Dash Orders. Fix that, I’ll give 5 Stars

Stopped in with my daughter for a frosty, which we usually do once a week. I ordered a thin mint frosty… I don’t want to know how many calories, it was SOOO GOOD. Wendy’s has always been on point with their ice cream. Their machines always work, very consistent.

It’s a wendy’s. Their food and atmosphere is the same everywhere in my experience. I EXPECT when I ordered online, I could skip the line… as advertised. Right folks? Nope, not at this franchise. (Previously when using the drive thru, they had me pull up to the door) I had to wait a half hour in line so they could put my ticket in the PC.(they were busy, no doubt, but the app doesn’t tell you when your order is ready or have a pick up place in the restaurant) Did the dirty deed of complaining privately, and received a generic response. Never will I ever eat at wendy’s again. Also… adding a photo of my large fry, without eating one out of it. The McDonald’s across the road is the same deal. They are both super slow for some reason. Better off sitting down with the pizza place right there or the tsunami place. At least you know you’re waiting for something good, and paying the same. You’re paying the same price for a burger that’s overcooked.

Foods always good I can’t complain. Only thing that I don’t like that they changed is the cups for the frosty…. they need to go back to using all different sizes like the old fountain drink cups. I don’t even buy frostys anymore because of the new small “large” cup. Things is a rip off now.

i was there tonight with my family and i was in the dinning room with my children and the manager justin was very rude to his workers yelling at them in front of customers that were in the lobby tonight. rest of the staff were very friendly and apologized for his behavior which they shouldn’t have to do.

Was there today at 3:OO…. The normal lady who rocks was not working some other woman helped me. The large chili fit into the small chili cup my son saved from a previous trip. It was a joke how LITTLE chili was in the cup. About half full. I hope you read this and get the training done. Someone pays, give us what we pay for!!!!!!!!!!!!

I waited in the drive-thru with one car ahead of me. I waited 10 minutes to place an order. Upon reaching the order menu, I waited another 5 minutes without receiving any response from the machine. I decided to leave.

The service was relatively slow, and I was unable to place an order. If I had waited 15 minutes and still couldn’t place an order, I would have considered it a lack of customer service.

I typically visit twice a month, but this frequency has been decreasing for some time. The cost is not insignificant.
