I do recommend staff double check order accuracy. I ordered a 6 piece chicken strip basket combo for delivery and got a 4 piece instead. I don’t want anything, just please, double check orders.
Otherwise the taste is amazing, food temperature is perfect and the price is affordable for what you get. I recommend this spot.

I grew up on the DQ location and it’s gone to shit can’t even get fresh fries. More like soggy noodles and if you don’t like your job, find a new one don’t take it out on the customers.

I never buy there food but I’m always down for their ice cream.. . <~ This was my review before last night. I’ve never had any problems coming here to order ice cream, but the 1st time trying to order food and the guy who was taking my order(short dark complexion with kinda long hair) I felt like he was in a rush to take my order and trying to get me to hurry up. I get it late and maybe they want to go home but it was 9pm and mind you 3 other cars behind me. He was speaking fast I asked him a couple of times to repeat my order , cause I am paying for my food and I don’t want to come back or get the wrong order cause then they look at you like it’s your fault. He proceeds to tell me I got it but I had a feeling it wasn’t correct. I get to the window and I asked him about the burger and of course it’s wrong. Makes a face and jesters to the cook to make it a double. Then I get all 3 or my blizzards my 2 meals and I ask him just waiting on the dipped cones right. He says yes 2 medium cones and I said no 2 dipped medium cones. He rolls his eyes and slams the window like if it was my fault he got my order wrong. I ain’t never expected this person to be that way because he has taken my order before and has always been night but tonight was a different story. Sometimes we have bad day and I understand that but at the same time slow your roll. And you won’t make mistakes.

This is by far the best Dairy Queen location in San Antonio possibly the country. My friend Demi was in a bind ordering her chocolate shake and chicken strips. She said Johny has the best smile and she said he was the best manager in San Antonio. I hope that the entire Dairy Queen family recognizes Johnny!

Drive-through was mildly slow but accurate in the items I ordered. Everything was delicious and still ice-cream when we got home.

Manager was just rude, never coming back! Hope this place goes out of business soon! Bring back sonic!! We don’t expect screenshots than tells me he doesn’t have to scan QR code. This place is ruining the image of DQ down to a run down shack. Sad this place use to be a childhood memory. Just glade my kids were not with me. Tradition ends here.
