This is somehow the consistently worst fast food location I’ve ever been to. Our orders are always wrong and the food is always cold. Either new management is needed or they need to change how the store is operated in 6 years of living in the area and going to this Wendy’s 3 or maybe 4 times there is no excuse why it should be bad every single time we go. Save yourself the headache and just go to the Tatamy location off of 33.

Genuinely the worst fast food in all of Bethlehem, consistently, consistently wrong orders. I’ve been to this location probably 10+ times and not once has my order been served correctly, generally unpleasant workers and slow service on top of cold food. go anywhere else. literally anywhere else.

I love going to Wendy’s my favorite item is the $8 meal deal cuz you got a large drink and I’m pretty sure a large fry and a burger or nuggets I always got a baconator Burger cuz it always tastes really good

I don’t usually go to Wendy’s but today I really wanted chili cheese fries. And let me tell you.. those fries were deliciously crispy.. staff was friendly and polite. I had no complaints other than they forgot my straw lol. I’m not mad at it. I have extra in my car. Great quick drive thru experience .. I will be back

Let me just say DAMN!!! the crew working here on point in everyday came in at 1150 for some lunch the women at the drive through sweet as can be punctual awesome couldn’t be happier and then another guy there just made it that much better the crew is on point happy and the food is fresh this is the Wendy’s to come to if your in this part of town I wish I could tag the people because I know they dont get the recognition they deserve

First of all you should be able to hear another manger (Kyle) yelling at another manger and calling them slow . Almost every time I’m there he’s yelling and I can hear it from the dining room. It’s inappropriate. And then when I stare at him because he’s so loud he give a dirty look . I’m going to stop coming here , I have children, and my one child is repeating what he had said today .

This Wendy’s location is by far the worst I have ever been to. There were 2 people in front of us that decided to leave after they told us they waited 15-20 minutes when we walked in. All the employees kept walking over to stare at everyone and not say anything while customers waited to order. When someone finally decided to take our order they greeted us with saying “What’s good”. To say the least the employees not only have bad customer service they were touching all the food with their bare hands and after we got our food it was disgusting and their was green things floating in my drink, I would not be surprised if it was mold from how unclean this place was.

I don’t usually post reviews on anything as I just don’t care that much especially when it comes to fast food but this is by far the WORST Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. If and when I get Wendy’s I usually got to the one on wood ave in Easton and they’re always great and pleasant and give me plenty of napkins and sauces and it’s always a good experience. Here however I had a late night basketball workout over in the area and was very starving after wards so I figured I’d get some Wendy’s I place a small order on the app and expected to be in and out. No joke there was 3 cars in front of me and it took me 20+ minutes to get my food at 11:30 at night. I don’t know if this is an understaffing issue or the workers r just lazy but the service was stupidly slow once I got to the ordering station I was on hold for at least 5 minutes alone. Then once I finally got to the window I was met with a very unpleasant, and what seemed to be a very overworked employee. Again this is one of the very rare times I’ve ever complained abt fast food ik it’s not supposed to be perfect but this was simply just terrible and I would suggest any other Wendy’s in the area before this one every day of the week and twice on Sunday. The chewy on top is they did indeed forget my sauce but that happens what doesn’t happen is waiting 20+ for fast food when there’s only 3 cars in front of u.

Never again!! Just read all the reviews about the slow service. All are correct. Then the brain storm working the window gives me 5 Frosties, IN A BAG!!!!!! Puts 3 upright and last 2 on their side!!!!!!! No spoons!!! I looked in the bag and turned the 2 right side up!! Good thing I didn’t get 5 drinks! ♂️ ♂️ ♂️ never again. I guess “brain storm” at the window never heard of carriers! Waited about 20 minutes at the drive thru with only 1 car in front of me! How this place is still open is beyond me. All the bad reviews are spot on. The owner of this circus show should be embarrassed but obviously they don’t care.
