They ran out of rangoons, which was basically the only reason I was ordering in the first place, the food seemed bland to me– very so-so I would have scored lower over all but the service was stellar! Very friendly, genuinely nice and accommodating, pickup order was seamless and I got a Big Plate as a substitution for the rangoons. Which, BY THE WAY, you can’t get your money back or refunded in any way when you order on the app at least. Yes, even if they run out of something–you better have a backup ready. I ordered half white rice (was alright), half fried (which is the light kind with peas and carrots- not my fav), the orange chicken (which seemed spicy to me so I couldn’t eat it), the Mongolian beef (mostly broccoli and not a lot of beef, meh ) and the teriyaki chicken (by far the better of the 3). The rangoon replacement plate was double sweet fire chicken and fried rice- I can’t eat spicy but got it for the hubby, and he hasn’t really touched it- mumbled something about a weird aftertaste ♀️ ImYou get 20% off your first order when you sign up for their rewards.

The food was wonderful as always, this is actually one of my favorite restaurants and it’s close by my house. But, the women behind the cash register must have been having a bad day. She was a little rude and I won’t lie it made me so sad because who wants to be treated like that at there favorite restaurant. I thought we had placed the order in My name but instead it was under my boyfriends, at no time was I rude, I even pulled around and came in side once they said they didn’t have any thing under My name. She seemed very frustrated at me, handed me my bag turned around and walked away, I usually at least get a “Have a nice day” pretty sure I even apologized once we figured out it was mistakenly placed under his name and not mine, it only took us about 2 minutes to figure out also since I had the texts from Panda saying the order WAS ready for pickup.

Tried this for the first time! Really impressed with Chinese food delivered in a fast food way! Its better than Chinese food I’ve tried in the area! I’ve tried the orange chicken, teriyaki chicken, honey sesame and the mushroom chicken. All very good. The fried rice and lo main noodles are very good. You get so much food in a plate that its two meals for MOST people I know. Good job!

Panda Express is not my cup of Tea. I went there 2 times now. The first week they were open on Broadway in the Fountain City part of Knoxville and 2 weeks ago I was there again. I ordered the same thing both times hoping that the second time was better than the first time. The dish was Sesame Chicken with Fried Rice. The Sesame Chicken sauce must be tomato based there, because it was gross. Sesame Chicken sauce is supposed to be sweet and tasty. The sauce at Panda Express is not, it was gross. I will never eat there again. I understand that Panda Express is not expensive but sacrificing Quality for Cost is a Bad thing. My Advise, seek out an actual Chinese Restaurant, there are plenty of them around.

I ordered through door dash I got teriyaki chicken however I got no teriyaki sauce so I just got chicken? Nobody wants to just chicken and they order teriyaki chicken on top of the fact that on the website you can’t order extra teriyaki. I don’t normally go to this location however this is where doordash went I will never go back to this location again
