Hot fast food is a rarity. Some of the best fries I’ve had in a long time. The baconators were hot and yummy too. It’s been a hot minute since we have eaten at a Wendy’s. Cute decor too. A fireplace with seating was a new spin. This was a pleasant surprise while traveling.

We normal have to eat late due to work schedules but don’t usually have many issues, but today was different, as my husband ordered, and brought our food home only half of the order was there. So we called and I sent him back, while waiting we started eating. The frys were nice and hot, because I have to get them with no salt, but we each got a chicken but sandwiches that were ice cold, as you all know they don’t taste right reheated in the microwave. Where are the old managers, they at least made sure the food was hot going out the window, this group tonight doesn’t seem to care, except to clean up and get out early.

Food is always well made but we just went in and stood at the counter for 20 minutes and they did not take a single order from a dine in customer. A guy walked out from the front of the line after our first five minutes there so not sure how long he had waited. It was sad to see there was zero priority for dine in customers and none of the workers even acknowledged that people were waiting.

Got lunch here and it was terrible. Didn’t even finish the sandwiches as they didn’t taste fresh and the bread was soggy. the fries tasted like they came right from the ground. Almost $18 wasted and a lunch I would love to forget.

This location is mediocre at best. Food is wildly inconsistent – I always fine in and my burger is almost never hot. Fries are either overcooked or cold and soggy. I have to take something back to the counter and ask for new about 75% of the time. If I ask for a large frosty, I’m given a medium almost every time. I will say breakfast is typically great.
Aside from the quality – the service at this location sucks. I typically have to wait in line for 5-10 minutes, while the workers all glance at the front but never acknowledge the customers. The store is almost never particularly busy, with no more than two cars in the drive through at a time. It’s especially annoying since they’re always always overstaffed, with two of three people just standing around. If there was another Wendy’s close to me, I would gladly go there instead.

This Wendy’s has consistently forgotten parts of my order nearly every single time I come through the drive through. They have also served me a raw burger twice. They seriously need to get their act together.
