Came in for hotcakes and hash browns for my granddaughter and an iced coffee for me. The manager served us right away. She was so polite and patient while I pulled up my rewards app. The food was hot and the coffee was made to perfection.
The entire restaurant was cleaner than any I’ve ever seen.
The manager is doing a stellar job.
If you want McDonald’s….this one is the best in nine counties.

Usually one of the better McDonald’s in town but as usual reviews are posted when something goes wrong, so here we go. Large Fry half empty and the burger is mutilated. Not sure what happened. And no, the fries didn’t fall out in the bag.

I very rarely write a review unless I had a very good experience and I also very rarely get anything from McDonald’s, and when I do it’s usually a fry or maybe some nuggets if I’m feeling daring, but the food always makes me sick. But I saw all the good reviews here, so I decided to give it a shot. I got a McChicken sandwich and let me tell you. The food was hot, and the sandwich was absolutely delicious! The fries had the right amount of salt and the people were friendly. Not to mention fast service!!!! I came on a Monday morning around 11:30 I’m willing to drive out of my way just to make sure I come to this McDonald’s!! ALSO I WAS ABLE TO GET A SODA, MEDIUM FRY AND CHICKEN SANDWICH FOR UNDER $10!!!! WIN, WIN, WINNNNN!

Managers please teach your young cashiers to talk and at least have a smile on their faces. I waited for almost 10 minutes to order a meal inside. Finally a young man approached the cash register and just stared at me with a pout on his face. Never said anything so I was confused. Finally I asked him if he was ready to take my order and just shook his head slightly. Never said thank you either at the end. Good service goes a long way. It’s rare to see that these days.

The manager Laurie is amazing, my order got messed up and I called to make complaint and Laurie went out her way to make sure I got my order right, she deserves a raise, great customer service, caring, great managing and very well maintained women, it’s not that often u get great service like that, usually I would of had to walk back to mc donalds to get my order fixed, again thank you Laurie wish there was more women like u in the world …

This mcdonalds is getting 4 stars for me. I would recommend coming here, the service is great!! Employees are very friendly and always kind. But… the only thong i have a problem with is they seem to get ur order incorrectly or forget items a-lot. Other than that, parking and seating is great, and food and drinks are always fresh and hot.

Got asked 3 times what did I order? One from the lady that took my order one from I guess she was a manager, but she didn’t look like a manager. She acted like one. And then the cashier also. Maybe they would check in and make sure Got it, right?? It was just odd. With no explanation. They even asked for my receipt back and I’m like I ordered a number one. And the food quality is top-notch. I hope you can pick up on the sarcasm…

I went thru drive through and ordered a big Mac and small fry.
When my order was handed to me, I asked if the order handed me was a big Mac, small fry, however the young lady working the window must not of heard me ask so I looked in the bag to confirm I received what I ordered. Upon looking in the bag I noticed a medium fry instead of the small fry that I specifically ordered.
I brought it to the young ladys attention letting her know I had ordered a small fry, she offered to exchange it for a small fry.
I then asked, did I get charged for a medium fry, when she shook her head yes. So I drove off keeping the medium fry.
I typically don’t write reviews since I understand the restaurant business after cooking and managing several different establishments over 51 years in the hospitality industry.
I know it’s hard to get every order correct.
The 3 R’s really helps minimize mistakes in my past experience.
1. Ring in order
2. Read it back to confirm it is correct
3. Review the order is correct before handing it to guest.
