Wow very good!
It’s been a minute since I wrote a review but I had to cuz the other day when I came here I loved it

First time here and food was fast but yet so hot and fresh.

Employees were very friendly and respectful.
Your maintance worker was top notch at that drive way cleaning it .

Like seriously it almost looks like the street is sparkling that’s how insanely clean he gets it.
Like can I hire him for my driveway? Lol
I told him how amazing he was doing and asked for his name which is Christopher

You had a manager in there named Andy who helped me understand the no breakfast thing now so
Yeah those 2 workers are literally a great definition of dedicated workers.

Oh yeah and my fries were very good and not overly salty like some Wendy’s do

Maybe it’s something different about daytime and nighttime I don’t know I had a kind of iffy experience last time when I went in the morning and my food had to be remade …

I got to say not only were they fast today but everything came out right and fresh!

My burger and my kids burgers we’re so fresh I had to say something about it !

There’s a manager there when hearing other employees call him I noticed his name was Greg I just wanted to give a huge shout out to the manager as well because he was being very patient and pretty fast even though I came in a very busy time his customer service skills are beyond amazing and he has no problem explaining to you if there is a wait for any reason and honestly the only reason I waited was because of how many people were in front of me LOL.

Outstanding service tonight whoever cooked the sandwiches and that manager Greg as well as anybody else of course that made my night good thank you .

Terrible food. Maybe need someone making sure they’re cooking things correctly and overseeing the orders?? ordered 3 drinks, one was wrong. fries were just terrible, cold and limp. Cheeseburger was ordered as a single but got 2 patties, another ordered as a single with catch-up, mustard and pickles so not sure why it had limp shredded lettuce on it. Does Wendy’s take items off the single burgers to accommodate an order? If so, why that’s kind of gross.

We purchased 2 biggie meals and got the spicy nuggets with 2 fountain sodas. The nuggets were dry and so we got them replaced and they were piping hot and fresh, took about 4 mins. Good service I REALLY appreciate the cleanliness of the store and the tables. Bathroom also good condition

This has to be the worst Wendy’s I ever went to in my life. The burger was raw. The chili taste like it had raw ground beef in it. My fries was cold. Totally disgusting. I had to get a refund completely needs a revamp. This really pisses me off what a waste of timedestroyed my appetite when it comes to Wendy’s for at least a year or two total disgusting

Yesterday me and my kids went into Wendy’s and wow we were disgusted!!

First off the guy in the drive thru window was literally beyond flirtatious it was harassment
Especially when I told him my daughter was underage and he continued to flirt! Beyond uncalled for he really should be away from all women and kids.

Then I went inside thinking eating in will be better than the drive thru experience we had an nope we were wrong

One employee her phone kept going off a horrible cat sound repeatedly and she kept laughing and talking about what she was going to do when she gets home (alcohol)
What the hell!
The food was disgusting every single burger had to be remade and still came out wrong.
My fries were the nastiest ever and yet they said it was fresh there’s no way with how nasty and hard they were that they were anywhere near fresh

Between the horrible drive thru guy, the horrible food, and the lady talking about her alcohol and her stupid phone irritated me more than obviously she knows.

And by the way somebody who used to drink heavily for many many years it is absolutely such a disgrace to hear an employee of Wendy’s to be talking in such manners…..

Those two need to be removed or at least fix the problems!

I will try again at night to see if it changes at all and will update….

Me and my family went here today and wow what a different experience we’ve been coming to this location for quite a long time almost an entire year pretty much since they opened.. it was going downhill very very fast rude employees horrible food but today wow what a difference you had this worker I believe he was a manager no name tag though he had great customer service skill at the front counter but then what really got my attention was I believe he looks like a maintenance crew member because he was cleaning up and working really hard like that man probably deserves a raise to be honest the way he was running and managing multiple things while also helping out his other employees with very impressive I had to say something. His name tag read Chris.

The food was astonishing delicious and perfect from our JBCS and fresh!! I will be coming back now that this place has really turned around and what a huge difference.

Oh and I even had my child who was throwing me tantrum in the car so when we went into Wendy’s she threw her cup and that employee Chris he immediately helped by handing me napkins I mean how quick he was running through the dining room through the kitchen and doing like a million things in once I’m surprised he wasn’t a manager this location has definitely changed and I will be going back and if you didn’t like them before I highly suggest giving them another chance because every single thing has changed and for the better

Stopped for breakfast. The man taking the order was not paying attention. I had to repeat my order 3 times/ correct it. When I pulled up to window to pay he was texting on his phone and then it started ringing.

I had to pull forward and wait. Once I did they brought me my food but no coffee. Wait 6 more minutes for the iced coffee. They bring me a hot coffee. I couldn’t wait around any longer. Had to get to work. All in all waited 15 min for a burrito and wrong coffee.

It’s 12:50AM and been driving for hours. Pull into Wendy’s every lights on one employees out front smoking talking to another girl. Set up the drive-through for about 15 minutes finally just pull away. Come across the two standing out in front again and told they closed at 12 AM but they leave the lights on so they know what’s going on. Just a worthless restaurant wasting peoples time it seems like if you were closed you would turn your sign off so people don’t get in line even the drive-through sign was completely lit up like they’re open but they’re not open because they leave the lights on so they can see what’s going on. I wish you could get places like this zero stars Wendy’s has gone so far downhill lately.

Great outlet to stop at off the highway when you are doing a long drive up or down the East Coast. Food was what yup would expect at a Wendy’s and the food came pretty quickly. The only thing I would add is maybe having bigger restrooms that are not single occupancy would be better, as the wait for the restroom was long.
