Who cares about atmosphere. Bit like eating inside a mailbox, but outside tables great weather permitting. Besides, if you want excellent fast food you must stop here. It’s an institution, and a bribe when kids were good at Dr.s up the road corndogs w fries was their favorite reward!

I used to go here as a child all the time and recently re-visited as I was in town. The fries and hot dogs were just as good as I remember. The young lady working the register was so sweet. The cook quickly understood we would eat our hot dogs there and take the fries to go. Its very nostalgic for me and I loved every moment. It’s still the same quirky little building in Evanston.
