First time at this Wendy’s since we were passing through. The service was on the slow side, but the food was good. Our order was slow coming out, and when we were called to the counter, they were still putting it together. The burgers were good and prices decent. The restaurant itself looked new and renovated. It had an infrared fireplace and trendy decor.

The service was terrible. I was talking to a girl and asked her to repeat something, and she yelled at me and walked away. When I left, they closed the window without thanking me for anything. When I said thank you, they didn’t respond. They are very rude and disrespectful. The service was very bad, and the place was incredibly dirty. I was buying food and was disgusted by how filthy the place was.

Closes 20 minutes before advertised, bacon on the JBC’s is miniscule, always a look of annoyance, distraught and ignorance on majority of employees faces. Ohh lord ohh lord the spiy chicken nuggets are always so dryyyyy. Like they been sitting in the hotbox for the last several hours. This 1 star review is not a one of event. This has been consistent with the last 6 visits.

Probably some of the worst service on the planet. Took 20 minutes for them to even realize I placed an order and for them to press a button because they are too busy running mouths and confusing themselves, putting food in different bags when there’s only 4 people in the restaurant. Infuriating.

On 11/5 I ordered a sour cream potato. Was handed the food and happened to ask for extra sour cream. I was then told they didn’t t have Any sour cream. I asked about what came with my potato and the person at the window was like I dunno…

We got GI sicknesss after eating here, but no wonder. The place was absolutely filthy, and you could tell it was layers and layers of filth that accumulated over time. There were children running the place, so several times while we were ordering, the boy got distracted by his friends in the back talking. Even though we were the only people inside, it took forever to order and receive 2 combo meals. Our burgers were so askew, we had to rearrange everything on the buns to eat them, but they tasted unfresh (lukewarm). The self-serve drinks dispenser was covered in sticky splashes of beverages, but I had to use a touch screen and push a button to dispense. I had to dig through pile of napkins & cup lids to find the nozzle of the ketchup dispenser and there were no little cups to put the ketchup in. The mustard dispenser had a backwash of air 3-4 inches, and was also covered in debris. After this post, I’m reporting them.

This is the best Wendy’s I’m the state. The manager is a really good guy and the girl who works the counter, Ava is an all star. I’ll be back again. Thanks y’all for the kindness.

I visited this place specifically for their caramel cold foam coffee, but I was left completely disappointed. Instead of the delightful caramel cold foam coffee I had hoped for, I received a regular medium iced coffee with no cold foam or caramel lining. I had paid extra for the caramel, but it was nowhere to be found. I was thoroughly let down and won’t be returning to this establishment.

Just left there at 7:30. And yes the nuggets were cold. But they rolled their eyes and dropped hot fries. The burger would have been better left in the pan for chilli. But the sign says 10pm close? Very disappointed, I should have just went to Union Deposit.
