The customer service I received tonight 3/6/26 in the drive thru was unacceptable! They weren’t even busy! I asked for a cup carrier for the four drinks I ordered since I was alone in the car and you would of thought I was asking the worker for the world. The way he let out a huge sigh and huffed off to go get some was so dramatic! When he came back, he was slamming my drinks in the carrier and angrily shoved them to me, he shoved the bag with the food at me too all irritated and slammed the drive thru window closed! I guess I was a huge inconvenience and made him have to do work, which he is getting paid to do! Smh!

Terrible customer service, the staff that handles the drive through couldn’t be less interested in your order and got it wrong now for the 3rd time I’ve been there. No topping on my burger and didn’t accept my gift card I just recieved. Used it at a different location just fine. Do better, you’re embarrassing yourself.

Stopped in to the Wendy’s in Hershey, Pennsylvania. I have never seen an operating restaurant in such a disgusting state of affairs! It wasn’t that busy in the restaurant to justify the filthy conditions! Garbage piled up so high scientists could measure the angle of repose of the trash piles on top of the garbage receptacles! They were getting to the point that an avalanche was imminent. It is time to call out the St. Bernard rescue dogs to have them at the ready to rescue any customers who get caught up in the trash avalanche! No way the health department would pass this restaurant for any inspection. Don’t venture in there unless your tetanus shot is up to date and by all means don’t attempt to go in there alone — it isn’t safe!

Very spacious and bright dining area. Well air conditioned for the summer time. Outdoor seating is available, and they have clean bathrooms. Very comfortable seating is with cushions are also available.

We were in shock with how unkept the restaurant was. All garbage cans were overflowing, the floors had trash about and don’t even get me started on the restrooms! Not only was the dining room and restrooms disgusting- we all got sick after our meals! The manager was rude to each person who made an order. We were all in shock of what a negative experience we had. It is laughable as we talk about it now!

– no receipt given, but I can count back my change.
– Employees are dysregulated and can be rude over intercom.
– If the Dominican employee is not there, pull off. He’s the only one that makes sure your food is hot, you leave with a receipt and accurate change. He is also friendly.

Large dining room, and it’s needed, as they get a lot of Hershey visitors. Outdoor seating available, too. Coke Freestyle machine was fully stocked (a rarity). Friendly, quick service at the counter. 2 issues here: there are no ordering kiosks and they don’t offer 4-for-$4 meals, only $5 Biggie Bags. A good experience here nonetheless.

Went through drive thru, got parked because they cooked my chicken sandwich fresh. The tea was nasty! The taste of a dirty drink nozzles is horrible! I went in to change my drink and waited for my food. They already had my fries and nuggets in the bag. When they gave me my bags my sandwich was hot and fresh BUT my fries and nuggets were cold I just feed it to my dog. I am too scared to exchange food.

We ordered both regular and spicy nuggets from Wendy’s for the first time in Hershey’s. The spicy nuggets were really disappointing and didn’t taste as good as they do at other Wendy’s locations. Definitely didn’t expect this kind of food quality from Wendy’s.

Absolutely disgusting!!! Understaffed, for the volume of costumers pouring in. Homecoming, and hershey park. We went in for take out, so we could wash our hands.
My daughter ordered food while I took my grandchildren in to wash hands. 2 bathrooms, 1 with poopy underpants, the rest dirty to look at.
I went out to tell my daughter lets go. Unfortunately she already ordered and paid.
3 people working total. The manager was taking orders and helping with the orders. Trash cans overflowing everywhere. Fries on the floor in dinning area. Sticking to the floor in front of the drink machine. The food order was cold. Please get this manager some help with staffing, if you care about your franchise. As much as I wanted to tell the manager what I thought of wendys that evening, I also wanted to wash my hands and help him get caught up.
