This morning I ordered 10:22 am I was in the area down the road drove through drive to be told they stopped serving breakfast at 10:30 am. The drive-through guy was not nice but rude so we went to talk to manager inside, they refuse to make the order and sent us along. They said if your not in are parking lot when you make your order that they won’t make your order. Period. We had to call corporate to get a refund it was a huge deal I will not be bringing my family here anymore to order food. And won’t recommend people to go and eat there. It was awful service.

First, when I went through the drive-thru, they said they couldn’t find my order, even though I clearly placed it. So I had to walk into the store and order again. When we politely asked a staff member if we could have some hot water, the male employee responded in an extremely rude manner and refused our request. It was a very disappointing experience.

Let me start by saying that the staff, or at least one person, doesn’t understand what’s going on around them. We ordered from the drive-thru, and when we arrived, the woman started talking so fast that we couldn’t understand. When we tried to order a few things, the person didn’t understand what we wanted and kept saying “excuse me,” etc. We paid more because of this person because we couldn’t understand what she was saying either. Employees are great and kind. The place is very clean and the whole environment is enjoyable. Food is mediocre, although what can you expect from fast food? The wait was kind of long and it wasn’t very busy. I’m mostly satisfied.

Prolly the worst McDonalds I’ve been to. Got my order wrong in the drive through and made a park out front cus they were waiting for fries. Never came to give me my order while I was parked so I went inside to check. They give me a bag and of course the order is still wrong. Finally someone appears with another bag with the right order this time. How many times can they get it wrong??

Ordered at kiosk for here. Freezing in restaurant. Shivering on cold seats. After 35 minute wait, asked them to pack it to go. They forgot my OJ and jam. They kept my receipt. Won’t be back!
