These employees are some of the hardest working in the fast food business! They still maintain a pleasant attitude while dealing with disgruntled customers and delivery drivers too!

The drive thru after dark is ridiculous. They take an order car drives up to window pays gives them their food. Then ask next car what they would like and so on. Get more workers!!! Front counter you’ll sit there till the cars in drive thru are done so don’t go in it’s no faster!!! Employees get upset in-front of customers acting like we the customers are the inconvenience. ♀️ This Wendy’s need to do better new management or owner don’t know what it is!!!

There aren’t enough employees. The young lady running the register AND the window seemed flustered and was rude at first and mumbled. There needs to be more employees on at lunch to keep your existing employees happy and doing proper customer service

PLEASE GET RID OF ALL THE ERIE ESTABLISHEDS . I USE TO LOVE WENDY’S. BUT NOW I HATE RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE. BUT YOUR DINNING FRONT ALWAYS LOOKS DIRTY. Wheelchair accesible double “man trap” doors can be a problem for wheelchairs , only the right side as you face the restaurant are accesible there is no curb cut on the drive thru window side . There was no pandemic precautions at register area barriers or hand sanitizer noted .it was very clean . The marquee sign advertised peppermint Frosty’s , already gone from menu they no longer have them , so I got a large van/ choc mix .

Late night service is awful. Always either closing early or only accepting mobile orders even tho they’re supposed to be open til midnight. Not to mention typically rude and have issues when I can place an order.

Waited 20 mins at the drive through speaker at 4:30pm on a Sunday. People inside not taking orders. After sitting that long I had to cancel my mobile order and order at Arby’s. They had better customer service, got more food, and someone actually was able to take our order and have us out of the drive through within 3-4 mins. At the Wendy’s drive thru the wait was so long that at least 7-8 cars had drove off behind us

Typical Wendy’s but service is normally on point at this location even tho they didn’t give me what I asked for lol , I asked for no red ring of death aka tomato and you see clearly, I received, not a huge deal but the Spicy chicken sandwich is probably one of my favorites in the fast food game if you’ve never had definitively check it out

The food was great and prepared correctly. I was having trouble with the app to get the free frosting on ice cream day and the manager took care of it. No problem! Staff was very kind. The only issue would have been. Tables weren’t very clean. I had to clean ours off to sit down. Also it was strangely quiet so every time my child got a little loud it felt like it was screaming LOL but food was great!
