One of the WORST locations in the area, if you order mobile or online CHECK YOUR ORDER, not only did they screw up the sizes of items, items were missing from the order entirely when brought to they’re attention, “not my problem go eat somewhere else if you dont like it” this isnt the first time this has happened and it WONT be the last. Absolutely absurd the way these employees treat people, if you hate your jobs that much QUIT!!!!

They forgot 3 ranches and an entire order of chicken in the drive thru. Went in the store to ask for the food I paid for and they had attitude and the woman in the drive thru very loudly insisted I was lying. Will not be back. Food was pretty good though but the customer service was abysmal.

Did a mobile order number. Got to the Arby’s they said it hasn’t come through yet… 20 minutes after the order would be ready. said they can’t do anything to call the number on the app.. no help.. so an hour wasted trying to get a $50 order. This place won’t help… the number we called is no help.. Thanks for nothing Arby’s.

I love Arby’s, but this location needs help. Waited entirely too long in the drive-thru. Sandwiches were sloppy and falling apart in the wrapper, fry containers were nowhere near full. Will not be going back to this location.

Waited in line forever only to have burnt food and the wrong food in my bag. Spent over $35 on food we couldn’t even eat. When I called I was told bring my receipt with me but I never received one. So wasted money and no food. Avoid this place, just throw your money out the window instead.

I’ve been a customer of this location for basically my whole life and ever since covid the service at this restaurant has been not great.
The last two times I’ve tried order from the drive thru as soon as I say what my order is, the employee bursts out laughing and said something i couldnt make out to another employee. I thought maybe the first time it was just a misunderstanding, but for it to happen the very next time I visited the drive thru it made me very uncomfortable and I just drove off. Is somebody back there cracking jokes about customers? That’s what it seems like.
I’ve been to some other restaurants that had rude employees before but at least they had enough sense not to laugh like that when they were taking my order.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever had in my life there are a few African-American women there right now that do not know what they’re doing Tuesday 072925 at 2:17 p.m. every one of these people working on this shift should be fired immediately I had to wait about 30 minutes in the Drive-Thru they give me nothing but bad attitude give me a problem when I wanted to pay separately from another person very rude overall just the worst place you could possibly go in Monroe North Carolina I would ignite advise anybody to go here avoid this Arby’s by all costs
