The Wendy’s in DuBois is newly renovated inside and out. They have done an incredible job creating a bright and warm environment. I ordered a chicken salad and it was excellent!! I was truly impressed. The service was friendly and fast. The drink station has a vast selection to choose from. Plus there is ample seating.

This Wendy’s is very overwhelming. I do not see the whole picture obviously, but from what I can see every time I come to this place, the female manager is always screaming and shouting at employees. It feels awkward, like when you were a kid and you were sitting with your sibling while your mom screamed at them.
One time, I went here with my girlfriend and an earwig crawled out of the bag. We were disgusted, so I brought the bag up and showed the earwig crawling out of it. The employee I showed was genuinely disgusted and humiliated, and he immediately remade it for us and even gave us a free medium vanilla frosty. So all was forgiven.
Food is great, one of the best Wendy’s i’ve ever been to food-wise. But the atmosphere sucks because of the manager screaming 24/7 every time i’ve gone, and their cleanliness value is definitely questionable.

The resteraunt is nice and clean, but the orders are not correct. We stopped getting takeout, and once in a while, we will go through the drive-thru for a frosty (almost impossible to mess up a frosty).
We have had a lot of mess ups with orders or food was cold etc. We tried going in and ordering takeout, and they put it for dining it and throwing it in a bag with fries everywhere.
The biggie bags have gotten smaller with portions. The quality has gone down with consistency. We loved coming here to eat, and the dave singles, chicken nuggets, and chicken sandwhichs were the best in town. Now it is roulette on if it’s correct and warm.

They do a good job here. Drive thru is usually a little backed up, but that might just be a testament to how good Wendy’s food is. Of all the fast food establishments, I believe Wendy’s to have the REALEST ingredients. This particular one is ran fairly well considering its a franchise and not corporate. Would eat here any day.

Bargain vacation stop for a meal. Cannot go wrong with their Biggie bag deals. Most reasonable lunch all trip. Sorry cheese seems to come on hamburgers as a default. Focused on picking something without mayo, forgot to ask for no cheese.

This Wendy’s location is great! The food was made fresh, and the employees were friendly. Spacious and clean dining room. I eat Wendy’s a lot, both at home and on the road, and this was a standout experience.

This Wendy’s is excellently run and proves what I thought was impossible – that Wendy’s doesn’t have to be super slow. Even though the line was long we got to order fairly quickly and the food came out as ordered, hot not cold, and faster than expected. There were 2 beverage machines in working order and all the options were available. Kind of wish we lived near this one rather than passing through.

When it comes to fast food Wendy’s as a family favorite so we go here often. Dine-in has a pretty pleasant experience normally moderately crowded. On the weekends it can be hit or miss I’m sure due to the fact it is just a few minutes from I-80.
I prefer these burgers over any when it comes to fast food.
The staff members here at the Dubois location have always been very polite, friendly as well as able to communicate very easily. I don’t often see a very long wait time at this location but then again being pretty close to I-80 depending on travel times can differ. Thumbs up in my book
