Managers caused more problems. They need to stop micro managing the team! I ordered jalapeno cheese curds (got plai) because a manager thought he was helping. Instead of interrupting your front counter person why don’t you change the flavors in your soda machine or make ice because neither was available. The burgers were cold(at least the Fry’s were hot) the team seemed absolutely miserable. Thanks for ruining a nice burger place!

I would love to rate their food. But when I order a burger and fries and there’s no burger in the bag when it gets delivered, I don’t get the opportunity to. The bag comes sealed from the store and they forgot to put a burger in the bag? Last time it was fries but I let that slide, but now a whole burger. How hard is it to look at the order when bagging it up.

This Culver’s location is fantastic. Quick, friendly service and fresh, fast food.
The staff here are friendly and very prompt. Our food was given to us within minutes! It was all piping hot and delicious.
I got their Butter Burger Combo, and it was delicious. The Crinkle-cut fries are tasty, and the burger was cooked perfectly.
For dessert, their famous Concrete Mixers are always the way to go! During my first Culver’s experience, I got a Vanilla with Caramel Mixer, but nowadays my go-to is their Vanilla Concrete Mixer with Oreo pieces; it can’t be beat.
I definitely recommend this Culver’s location for fast, yummy food and friendly service!

Received someone elses order after being pulled for Icecream. Drove back around to let them know. The boy at the window took the bag back from us, they looked thru the bag and then took that same bag out to the lady who it was supposed to go to. Once I received my ice-cream it was extreme water! Very unsanitary! I haven’t ate here much but I know I NEVER will again!!
I even stopped the lady in the parking lot after we pulled off and told her what had just happened. I believe in good karma and we are very clean people. She had the right to know what had just happened with her food!!! When in the food industry in that type of situation the food is to be re-made!

There was an older woman working and she seemed to busy herself with others business. She told another employee that she shouldn’t be doing something so the boss doesn’t see her and get onto her… that employee simply said that it has never been a problem before. While another employee asked the older lady if she wanted to put her phone away off the counter since they weren’t supposed to be out and she was mad about the other employee not doing what she said so she said in front of my wife and I that she didn’t want to put it away because she didn’t see anybody else putting theirs away and then began to complain about other employees going to the bathroom to be on their phones…. completely unprofessional… I would have expected it more from the younger employee but the younger girl was very nice and professional.
