Took my family (three toddlers) here on Christmas Eve and have nothing but compliments: polite, professional, hospitable. The restaurant was exceptionally clean and actually quite nice (furniture, lighting etc). And the food was terrific (cards on table we love a Wendy’s burger and fries + Wendy’s chicken nuggies are always a hit with kids). All on Christmas Eve – truly top marks.

We pulled up to the drive thru around 9:30. They asked immediately if they could take our order. I haven’t been at Wendy’s in years and we will never go back again, I needed to look at the menu. When we decided we started to order but we were cut off. The person said ” oh are you talking to me? Now your ready to order?”. We left. So I guess if you need a minute to look at the menu the person taking the order gets upset. I don’t deal with attitude!

It’s fast food, what do you expect? But I’d rather eat here than McD’s or BK. The food quality is the best when they are busiest. If you go in between lunch and dinner, or after dinner you will get burger patties and nuggets that have been sitting for a while. Also the fry quality dwindles away also.

We frequent this Wendy’s. It is always clean, staff are friendly, and food is almost always delivered within my definition of “fast.” We have had an occasional missing item or incorrect order, but that happens in most fast food places.

Beware, this is not fast food. It’s very slow.i think you could catch the steer and cook it faster than Wendy’s . It actually took 30 minutes to get our so called fast food. The child’s cheeseburger,fries and drink I was told was very good. My cheeseburger was ok but the fries were excellent. We probably won’t be back for years.

If I could say no stars I would. This is the second time they’ve done this I said no pickles. I’m allergic to pickles and I’ve express that and twice now my burger has had pickles this time though it didn’t have tomato when I said I wanted tomatoes. The people here really need to pay attention before someone seriously dies because luckily I checked before I ate it. What’s worse even the receipt saids no pickles.

I went to pick up food and the guy working nights, a bigger heavier man, looked at us and said “Do you guys know it’s late?” I genuinely hope he finds a job that doesn’t keep him working so late because clearly this schedule isn’t for him. And Wendys pay your employees more they all look so miserable.

Forgot my nuggets, this Wendy’s is going down hill. I use to go here all the time with no problems. Now every time I come here it’s always something. Figured try during the day because I dread going at night depending on who’s working. Sometimes you get phenomenal service other times you get someone screaming in frustration or loudly sighing in the microphone. I’m a manager and work with food it is sickening to see how i get treated because I get off late and want a meal for me and my husband and it’s roughly and hour before they close. There is hardly anything open after 10:30-11 pm and when you’re just getting off work you want something quick and easy. Then the numerous amount of employees that come in after to my job when I work late and demand perfect service. So now here I am on my day off thinking it’s good to go now during the day. NOPE. Disappointment as always. You lost me and I will now be going to bk for the further future.

The $5 for 5 biggie bag is one of the best fast food deals around. You are able to feed four people for less than $22 dollars! In this economy, that is amazing. We also got a blueberry pomegranate drinks. This is my first time getting one, and I’m definitely going to start getting them more often. It’s hard to believe they don’t charge extra for this drink with the $5 for 5 deal. I used the mobile app and it worked perfectly. The person who gave me our drinks used extra drink carriers stacked, which made it much easier to carry. The staff was extremely friendly, even when I asked for extra BBQ. Highly recommend this Wendy’s over the one down the road in front of Home Depot.
