“Wow!” was my reaction after visiting here for the first time. I was met with such friendly faces and warm words. Zach was extremely helpful AND patient because it took me a little minute to decide what I wanted from all the options! Maria was also very pleasant and helpful.. I can’t thank them enough for their outstanding customer service! And the food? OMGOODNESS…. Heaven on my mouth. This is probably one of the best bbq places I’ve had here in South Georgia. EVERYTHING was fresh, hot and delicious. I was supposed to take it back home with me, I tore it open and went to town as soon as I got in the car. I’m gonna give my friend who told me about this place a big kiss!! It’s now added to my list of “favorites/must visits” when in the area.

Jim and Nick’s BBQ never disappoints! I ordered the baby back ribs with coleslaw, mac & cheese, and fries, and everything was incredible. The ribs were tender and full of flavor, and the fries were honestly the best I’ve ever had. They even included a generous side of BBQ sauce that took everything to the next level. As amazing as the takeout is, dining in is an even better experience. If you love BBQ, this place is an absolute must-try!

The young lady who took my order was absolutely amazing. I mean very patient, friendly and helpful. This was my 1st time coming. I’m from Chicago, the food was delicious I’ll definitely be back tomorrow. So I need to update this review. Not taking away from the 1st time but they haven’t been good since. I went back the next day after this review and my food was cold. I told the manage Eloy, he was only full of apologies. I went today & got the brisket Mac & cheese brisket bombs & ribs. The ribs were cold and the bombs had no brisket. I called to let Eloy know, again only full of apologies. I will not be returning there.

I visit twice a year when I travel to Georgia from Las Vegas, Nevada and this place is always at the top of my list. I can’t begin to tell you how wonderful the food is, but even more impressive is the exceptional service from the staff. I absolutely love the brisket and those corn muffins are AMAZING! Everything is delicious. There isn’t a single person who works there who isn’t professional and welcoming.My most recent visit on Saturday, February 21, was outstanding. A special thank you to Nikki and Shawanna!!! They are two of the very best! Both were incredibly professional, kind, and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. I truly appreciate the care they showed and the way they made my experience so enjoyable.Thank you for consistently providing such a fantastic dining experience. I’ll be back in the fall and will definitely be stopping in again!

Every time we visit, the entire staff has gone out of their way to be welcoming and kind. The food is always fresh and delicious, and you can truly feel that they appreciate your business. The managers we’ve met have all been wonderful, but Eloy in particular really stands out — he makes you feel like you’re a guest in his own kitchen, rolling out the red carpet for every customer.
It’s rare to find a place where the service is as exceptional as the food, but this location consistently delivers both. Highly recommend

Jim and Nick’s has the best tasting BBQ that we’ve found in Georgia, after two long years of searching. That’s sad, considering they’re a chain, but awesome for us because it was fantastic. My only complaint is portion sizing vs. pricing. I paid $20.99 for the two meat plate and got an “ok” portion of brisket and pulled pork, though being a strict calorie counter, I would guess it was at best 3 oz each. I paid an extra $2.99 to upgrade one of my trimmings to onion rings and only received 6 rings. So, after paying almost $30.00 for a plate of food, I felt very cheated. My family and I agreed that this was a delicious experience, and they should be commended for the quality of their BBQ, however, the price vs. portion sizing is lackluster and leaves you feeling cheated.

Ive always loved this place but yesterday was horrible. The brisket was salty and dark which indicates reheated meat. The little cheese biscuits were hard as a brick on top I was totally disappointed after spending $75.00 dollars. I dont know whats going on with them but I will be escalating this to corporate. The food was not on the standards of Jim n Nicks. Eating out these days is really overrated and always disappointing.

We come in often experience is normally mid, but I guess no felt like working tonight. Bunch of people standing around wasting labor, had 4-5 “servers” multiple passed our table. NOT ONE checked in with us, simply dropped our food off and that was all. The service has always been mid at best, which sucks because the food is good. Moral of story train your staff to be more attentive, literally had 12-15 staff members including BOH..and no one can step up and take charge? Instead our so called “server” was in BOH floundering around the kitchen crew making conversation about nonsense..while we are waiting for to-go plates plus more.

I would definitely get my Mac and cheese again, and the chicken is really good, very favorable and soft. However, my boyfriend did not really like the salad itself. It tasted very watery, and it was 12$ for an untastey salad.
