After a funeral viewing, my husband and I decided to grab a quick bite it eat as we were starving. We had to wait in the drive thru for 27 mins!!!!! The staff was angry and handed us wrong food. When bringing this to their attention they tried to say we needed to pay more money for the right food. They then tossed us correct nuggets that we ordered. When we said the nuggets and fries were ice cold, a staff member said not my problem and slammed the window in our faces. This is the worst Wendy’s I have ever been too and will NOT be returning.

The food is fine, but I don’t think I can go back there. 40% of the time the doors are locked, so if you placed a pick up order, tough luck. You have to wait in the drive thru, which averages 4 min per car in front of you. Yes, this has happened so often that I’ve had the opportunity to time it. In the past 4 out of 5 visits, i was there for 20+ min, regardless of how I placed my order.
Edit: upping the rating as they seem to have started staffing it better. No locked doors or double digit wait times for several months

Dont seem interested in honoring their own operating hours. After 3rd time out of 4 visits in past 6 months, trying to order breakfast DURING their breakfast hours (8-1030) and being told they’d “open when they were ready to” or “theyd already thrown out all the breakfast food” and their refusing ANY sort of concession at all (like “we’ll put something on if you can wait”, etc). Im fed up enough to leave a negative review.
I give the food 4 stars cuz my orders in the evening are usually fine. Not always hot fries, but thats life- over all orders are accurate. Just seems like no ones really managing the place and customer service is not a thing.

THE SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE…
Ordered Junior hamburger with no cheese.
I stood there and watched them put cheese on it, also the cashier who waited on us watch them put cheese on it and never told them no cheese I tried to tell them but they did not listen.
Then she handed me that cheeseburgers and I said I did not want cheese on them and you just stood there and watched them do it you just took my order 10 seconds ago.
This woman had an attention span of a rock.
The service took so long, it was hardly worth waiting for.
NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE.
DID I MENTION THE FOOD WAS HORRIBLE TOO…
Seems to be a convenient place to go eat for a lot of people because the place was packed and everybody there was complaining that their order was wrong.
Just goes to show you, people don’t care about their jobs.

The gentleman with the dreads needs more recognition! He was working every part of that place and you can tell he has good work ethic! I always get a chicken wrap, with no ranch, and sometimes at other places the ranch is still in it or the chicken is dry. At this store my order was correct, hot, and delicious. I didn’t catch your name but thank you so much for the service with a smile. I appreciate you!

Ordered breakfast at a Dormont location today. The sandwich and the wedges were cold HOW? please tell me how the food was that off putting that early on the morning. How long could the food have been sitting? I have more questions thank dl answers. The person who tookunprder was nice though. She very nicely handed me subpar food with a smile on her face. So I ordered a spicy chicken meal with a strawberry lemonade. I understand that “due to possible shortages some items may be unavailable,” but I didn’t know there was a shortage on mayo. I got a bun with a chicken patty on it. I live near this location and have given them several chances and every time the order is messed up. Come on Wendy step up your game

To the tall white dude with brown hair and glasses Maybe don’t smoke right next to the first pay window. I can’t believe I was trying to pay and cigarette smoke being directly blown into my face and car. I had to have my window down to pay the guy. Do better. Gross. Check your cameras at 5.07 pm on Thursday the 2nd you can literally see the jag off blowing his cigarette smoke into my car. Also my fries where ice cold and I paid for a double baconator and you gave me a single. I live less than a mile away. I will be calling headquarters because I have been coming to this location for years with zero issue until today. Take a note from the nice gentleman at the second window with the dreads, he apologized and agreed that what that other employee did was disrespectful.
