Great group on staff today! Did amazing during the lunch rush. No wait, order was correct. Fries tasted great, sandwich was hot. A pleasant lady took my order. Sometimes I stop here for lunch and today I was happy I went.

Food was fine and consistent with other Wendy’s that I’ve visited around the country but I really feel sorry for the staff that was working at the front. Clearly she was overworked, stressed and feeling exasperated from her expression, but holding it together. This particular location was definitely understaffed today as the lady at the front was the only person and there was a line of customers, with just only one person doing everything. And it wasn’t even peak lunch or dinner time. This particular franchise needs to evaluate their staffing ratio.

This was by far the best damn pub burger I’ve ever had. It was cooked and constructed PERFECTLY, which is so rare I took the extra time to write this review. Staff was friendly and helpful and even joked a little with me during the sale. C’mon now, That’s incredible. Stop in, see if it was a fluke.

It was clean, the workers were friendly as all get out. But the only problem we had was the wait time. And they made one error that I could see(they made the wrong burger I ordered). But they were quick to fix it and it’s a nice place. But they do need people to come in there and work with them incase if they get slammed. They need more workers there. If anyone is looking for a job there they are hiring like a madman. But overall, nice place to get in, eat really quickly, then go about your day. Updated review to come when going back to this place again too see if anything changed from now till when I post another update. Fingers crossed

Took 10 minutes for the cashier to acknowledge I was at the register. Once she took my order for a Southwest avocado chicken salad, I waited another 5 minutes. Then, found out from the back that the salad is discontinued after I already paid for it. It was still on the menu. Now I have to wait a few days to get the refund back on my card. What a complete joke. Unbelievably dreadful service.

Let’s face it, no fast food place is a 5 star place to eat, but among fast foods places, I like Wendy’s basic no nonsense food and facilities, this time the Cobb salad was 5 stars, and the unlimited soda dispenser made my day, or evening I should say, after a long workday I was famished.

I came here to eat and I had to get a refund for my order when I saw the lady behind the counter grabbing fries and nuggets with her bare hands like a total savage. I have a video that I took of her doing this if the GM would like to see it. I won’t be eating here again and I suggest anyone who’s a half clean person also avoid this place.
