This wendys is horrible. Afternoon manager lady seems like quite a delight to work with belittling the other workers. It’s a shame. Can’t get the deal plastered all over the windows because they don’t have that deal anymore but are to lazy to take down the sign and wanna be rude when you order said meal deal that is literally plastered everywhere. Should have gave me the deal on the window as you are required to or take the signs down!!!! Biggest issue is the manager that just spreads hate. Unacceptable

Horrible experience and I love me some Wendy’s My baconator had no bacon on it and my bun was stale my son got the bacon double stack biggie bag no bacon again the fries and nuggets were old the my friend got the new cajun chicken sandwich and was very disappointed said that and his jr bacon cheeseburger was disgusting I will never go here again the only good thing about this place was the beautiful young lady at the front that took my order

It really has the most disrespectful people especially at night. They also treat their door dash people as shitty as possible and refuse to accommodate anything the employees do wrong like give a doordash driver the wrong things and when the driver tries to correct it, act like it’s everyone else’s fault but their own. If you want to get angry at people for ordering food from a place that sells food, don’t work there. It’s as easy as that. It’s really the lack of respect overall even dining in. Hire better people.

I ordered through DoorDash as I was waiting on a package that needed a signature. But honestly this location needs new management and a better staff, just by the taste of the food. Here’s what I posted in the Wendy’s survey thats on every receipt:
“The burgers were made like someone had either forgotten to put something on (mayo on the underside of the patty on one) or had removed something (the second had a strong taste of pickles even though there wasn’t any there) that was not supposed to be on it. The fries were ice cold (literally) and stale. The nuggets were lukewarm but stale as well. To top it off my “Caramel” Chocolate Frosty barely had any caramel not to mention it was filled to the brim, not giving it any melting room (which melting does happen during deliveries) so when I popped open the top I got Chocolate Frosty everywhere.”
I will not order from here again, whether in person or via DoorDash.

Very disappointed in the food. Got a Asiago Chicken sandwich meal, I swear to you all it came with 3 tiny strands of lettuce, I called about it and the manager said “that’s the way they want us to do it”. So ok whatever, then I go to eat my chili and there is almost no beef in it! Literally almost all beans and water lol.

Faster than expected wait, all foods well prepared and warm as appropriate. Exceptional young lady taking orders. I’ve no complaints, especially odd as I’m not huge on fast food!

Absolutely horrible service. They wouldn’t give me my sauces saying they already did, they did not, made me pay for them again, gave me the wrong food, talked to me like I’m stupid when I tried to explain what was wrong. Never going again I wouldn’t waste my money on rude ignorant people who talk down to you! I wish I could get my money back.
