Hands down this was the ABSOLUTE WORST fast food experience I have ever had!!!!!!!!!!!
Before I walked into the building I overheard one woman say to another woman….”you better pack a lunch before you go in there!”….and that was indicative of the start of my horrendous experience there!!!!!
While standing at the counter to place my order…no…”Thank you for coming to Wendy’s how may I take your order?” Instead I received a half-hearted no smile NO EYE CONTACT…..yeah???
That’s all….yeah!!!
My 1st question was….”do you give military discounts?” The person in front of me said nothing….didn’t even look up….just stood there staring at the screen waiting for me to place my order. So….not knowing if they heard me the first time I again asked….”do you give a military discount?” This time the response was…”I heard you!” As if to say I heard you and ignored you the first time you asked!
Next….for health reasons I monitor my intake of salt so I ordered fries with no salt…..well after standing waiting my turn to grab my food and SEVERAL pissed off customers who proceeded me because their orders were wrong…they called out my name and wouldn’t you know it….my fries had salt on them which meant I had to stand longer to wait for fresh fries without salt on them only making my burger cold by the time I got to it!!!!
But it gets worse!!!!!
After placing my tray on the table I went to the condiment counter for catchup BOTH CONTAINERS were inoperable!!!!
One had no nozzle at all and the other had no smaller nozzle to force the catchup down instead catchup was forced straight ahead!!!! (Pictures will be included)
BUT IT GETS WORSE!!!!!!
After eating half of a cold burger and a few of my fries I decided to go to the restroom to wash my hands and that bathroom was utterly disgusting!!!!!!!
There was feces on the inner toilet bowl and on the underside of the seat!!!!! The floor was dirty with a spent toilet paper holder on the floor plus pieces of toilet paper all around the toilet!!!! (Pictures to follow)
Then on my way out the supply closet which I assumed was for cleaning supplies was wide open just waiting for an unsuspecting child to have access to potentially dangerous chemicals!!!!!
Wendy’s you should be ashamed of yourself!!!!! Such an iconic restaurant yet you fell tremendously short on a multitude of levels!!!!!
Things turned out to be so disgusting that I actually had to take pictures to document my disgustingly lack luster experience!!!!!
Hire new Management…..Hire new Staff…..Clean your place up….display REAL & GENUINE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

They mess up my order at least every other visit. Do not leave without checking your food. . I like that their drive thru is open late. Nasty bathroom. My food is always hot. Long drive thru line. Better off going in. Very bittersweet experiences. They’re polite tho.

Ordered the cheesy bacon cheeseburger combo for wife, and had son of baconator combo for myself. Food didn’t taste right for me, and wife’s cheesy burger didn’t get the cheese sauce it was supposed to.
Not planning on coming back again. Will also tell everyone of my bad experience here as well.. service has declined as well food quality. You need to step up and do better.

Ok this is a new review because something dramatic happened with this Wendy’s and it has become a spectacular location that I will always choose to go over any other even if it’s out of my way! This store used to have the absolute most ridiculous insane lines and wait times and the most absolutely rude ignorant uncaring staff and I don’t know if it was new management new ownership or what that turned it around but I hope that everybody who works there gets to read this and sees and knows that anybody who comes through is so very grateful for the change and that you guys do an absolutely spectacular job with always having fresh food making the full menu available until late being open as late as you are and still serving each customer with a kind friendly cool attitude and smile right up until close! I really hope that all of you get some kind of decent raise this year because you seriously deserve it and should be rewarded for the great effort that you put in in an industry that seemingly is being filled with more and more barely living warm bodies! There is almost never anything missing or an incorrect item and everything is always about as fresh as I think that it can be made and it means more than anything to me because I am addicted to chocolate Frosty’s, that you guys keep that machine up and running until late so I can still get my frosty when needed! You’re def the best Wendy’s there is!!!

Went to order a 10 piece of their Saucy Nugs, had to sit at the window with no “be right with you” or anything for about 5 min. Finally got someone. Ordered a 10 piece saucy nugs regular Buffalo. There is not 1 drop of sauce on these “saucy nugs”. Your job ain’t hard. A literal conveyor belt system and 1 guy that can code a machine can replace you. How do you show up to your shift. Your entire job is probably put sauce on nuggets. And you fail.

Did a door dash order got a couple things one of them being a deluxe chicken sandwich and the chicken came hard as a rock couldn’t even break it by throwing it onto the sidewalk. It’s fast food not rocket science it should never be that hard to cook a damn chicken sandwich. Unfortunately the reviews about this wendy’s are correct. Very rough & rude service. Got breakfast and every item was cold. Even the coffee. and it didn’t even taste like actual coffee. I had to through away all the food without eating it.

My friends and I had arrived before store was officially closed, (11:20) we had placed mobile orders around 11:10. The lady over the intercom was very rude and had no customer service skills. She didn’t greet us, first thing she threw out there was they have no cash, when I explained we had mobile orders she acted like she didn’t know what they were and had to check for a solid three or so minutes. The orders weren’t started until after we said such thing and then took at least 15 minutes. She then proceeded to tell us they had no frosty which was okay, but didn’t include the part on how the whole order wasn’t available (chicken sandwiches, fries, frosty) and she just walked away. She didn’t even attempt to explain to us how to get a refund until we went back around the drive-thru, after she shouted at us saying they were closed. (11:42) Her explanation wasn’t thorough at all and gave no clear help. Don’t recommend going here if you’re looking for friendly staff and fast food.

If I could give them negative stars I would I come have breakfast everyday n they mess up the same exact order everyday there is a young worker that walks around laughing at upset customers when they get their food wrong specifically today, I went in through the drive-through and had to go in twice well, I went in for the second time some woman that was on her lunch break came in and just threw the food on the counter like I just need a refund. She was experiencing the same thing employees laughing that they messed up her order just disrespect no receipt to be able to process a refund same thing as myself And the whole time this is going on the GM is right there saying nothing doing nothing and then has the audacity to say if it’s that bad don’t come back Wendy’s you lost about two customers today

Went thru drive thru. Never got a hi, please, or thank you. At the window, AGAIN no hi, please, or thank you. they put their hand out to take card, never said price. Handed it back without offering a receipt. When I asked for the receipt it seemed to bother them. All 4 of my frostys were only 1/2 full. I asked if they were running out to which I got a head nod and the window closed. Never have a good night nothing. Would give zero stars if possible.
