I’d give this store 0 stars if I could. I was in the drive thru on 2/8 and was taking so long with only two other cars in the drive thru. Woman at speaker heard me say to my mom on the phone that they take forever. She said they were short staffed and if I wanted to come in to make my OWN food I could. Well that was the icing on the cake I told her I used to work in food and could run that kitchen better than her and anyone else in there. I understand the frustrations of food service but telling me to come in and make my own food is absolutely absurd. I will never take my family to this establishment in White Oak ever again.

Sat in line for the drive thru until we decided to just go in and order. The staff didn’t know what they were doing and had unprofessional attitudes. The cashier had AirPods in, so I guess that’s why my name on the order screen was “Dick”. My name ain’t Dick. I mean I know it’s fast food, but come on. The food was good so that’s a plus. They were also out of half the drinks in that machine. I don’t blame them, I blame the manager/owners. Do better.

Went in and ordered food with my brother for takeout. The entire place has dirty tables, trash on the floor and sticky counters. I should have knew then not to order. While my brother got his food within minutes it took them 20 minutes for mine. The manager of no help came in from getting a milkshake from Arby’s, went behind the counter (didn’t wash her hands) grabbed herself some nuggets and fries and went to sit down to enjoy her meal. Best part was when the guy with long hair at the fry station decided to take his hat off and rub his fingers through his hair over the food!! Health department and corporate should check up on this location

I went today to get the tenders because I quite enjoyed them. My total was 17 something, I used a $2 coupon. I sat at the speaker for 5 minutes before I was greeted, was never greeted at the window, then watched the cashier pocket the $2 I saved from my coupon. When I asked about the rest of my change she goes ‘what change?’ While the girls behind her who were playing on their phones laughed. If you go there I wouldn’t hand them any physical money or cards because odds are they’ll take a cut for themselves.

Young girl named Dae was so nice to me, had to max 5 star this. The corner view in the fall of trees without leaves and an intersection of a suburb of Pittsburgh makes me feel at home. The mix of light industrial and plain Pittsburgh nature make me muse. Thank you for such large glass wall so I could enjoy a sight others may not cherish. Also Dae and her crew is cool, and Wendys always has solid great food.

Going to leave 3 stars only because they were open. . And the gentleman behind the counter was nice and chipper. . Had to go out and forage for breakfast this morning due to the power outage. We lost all of our groceries so we had nothing at home to make. I searched everywhere for a place open. Wendy’s it is. Ordered 3 breakfast meals. Everything went fine, their floor was super slippery but whatever. I get all of the food, go home, my wife and daughter eat theirs first. No issues. I come in from clearing out some down trees to eat mine (picture attached). How on earth did they not realize they burnt the bottom of my croissant to this extent? I went to bite it and thought, why do I smell burning car tires? Then I flipped it over. . . Yeah. . So I ate the seasoned potatoes and then grabbed some chips out of the cabinet. Paid 7 bucks (cost of my meal) for charcoal.

Food is quick. That is why always cold. No matter when you ask for a baked potato .always out. Clue + person says we only baked one bag today. Then take off menu. Service people nice. Senior coffee with meal. Will carry tray to table if asked. I ask as i use a cane .

Place was dirty as heck inside and outside. Waited 5 plus minutes to order. Pop machine was out of over have the selection. When told this to the supervisor David at least that was the name on the receipt because no name tags to be good. He said yeah ok with his attitude that he is to good for the job but some reason works there anyway. Never fixed the pop machine. Nope haven’t been to this Wendy’s in years and will not be back.

Went through the drive-thru had to wait for my food they gave me my drink first with no straw sat there for 10 minutes when I finally got my food it was cold and it was nasty and I will never go to this Wendy’s again bad thing is I used to really like Wendy’s not anymore

It’s a shame. I love Wendy’s. However, this location never seems to be able to use their own app. Training on your own products should be mandatory- no excuses. They are also often out of product. All signs of poor management.
