I normally have decent customer service from this location but last night I did not. I’m not sure if it was because it was at night time or what. Mo food was cold, the manager had an attitude and I’m out of 10$. I was told to contact customer service to get my money back ( made a mobile order to get two vanilla Oreo brownie frosty fusions but they didn’t have vanilla). Called the number they told me to contact the store because they couldn’t help me called the store she told me to call them tomorrow when a Gm would be there. I got someone the next day(today) via chat who put 10$ in my offers ( that expires in a month) but wouldn’t put it back on my card.

Stopped in to grab dinner after working all day. Usually the food here is pretty good but today they gave me chicken nuggets that were rock solid and they were terrible. There was only one car in front of me so they weren’t busy.

I visited on 1/14/26 at 4pm and half my chicken nuggets tasted undercooked. I’m also glad I took my mobile order and dined in instead of taking it and leaving because there was no spoon for my frosty in the bag or anywhere. Also, they didn’t put napkins in the bag.

They definitely microwaved my nuggets. On two separate orders. I ordered cheese sauce and it was not only clumpy but Luke warm. Once they get this down packed they’ll have a 5star from me. Wasn’t too bad though

These photos serve more as a warning to others that Wendy’s is not only shrinking their product and packaging, they aren’t even trying to fill it. All while charging more. This is a regular and large chili for $7. 26 next to a pop can. Not altered before the photo. Less product to save money.
