Not super clean. Seems like they mop the floors with grease. The pop machine is gross and sticky. Out of cup lids and straws. Prices have gone so high. They couldn’t get the at the counter to take card payments.
At least the staff were friendly and the food was made fresh. But I think I won’t be back to Wendy’s for a long time.

First time at this location and it’s actually been one of the disappointing salads that I’ve gotten. Wendy’s generally has an amazing salad. But I decided to try something new and got a taco salad it didn’t come with the chili on top, nor looks put together like they normally are for something that’s $8.99 at least attention to what comes on the salad would be appreciated.

If 0 stars was a choice I’d have given this location 0 because it’s a nightmare. I’m not sure what in the world is wrong in this place but they can’t win for losing. Incapable staff who are not only terrible at their jobs but they are incredibly rude and confrontational about it. Unbelievable. The convenience factor is the only reason we’ve been back, because lord knows it’s not for poorly cooked food that they will not fix or refund, not for the staff member who hollered at me in the lobby.

Suspicious Activity Concern
My visit to this Wendy’s felt highly suspicious from the start. I was told the credit card machine was down and they were taking cash only. When I asked for a receipt, the employee was “out of paper.” I was then given nearly eight dollars in coins as change, which felt intentional and unusual.
To make it worse, the food was barely warm and tasted old. The combination of cash-only, no receipt, odd change, and poor food quality makes this situation extremely concerning and worth immediate investigation.

The worst Wendy’s I have ever been to. I placed my order online when I got there It was not ready and half my food was missing. I went in to get it and a worker was acting ridiculous and talking very loud calling me a liar. I then asked for a manager and he was worthless and did not. Don’t go here mcdonalds and taco is right down the road. I will be reaching out to corporate.

Not Good. Have been there twice to the 3200 Chili Avenue at Marway Circle location. Cheese potato was delivered totally dried out. Must have reheated it repeatedly. The fries were dry and had black and brown spots all over them. The only thing edible was the frosty. Staff seems like you are bothering them to place your order and are very slow. Not worth your money!

The order taker was confused on how to fix my order, staff seemed very disorganized and slow. I waited about 10 minutes for a very basic order . Oh; btw the side door was locked and another customer had to let me in. This was at lunch time!!

Idk what happened here but the Chicken biggie bag was in edible. Cold stale fries for both our meals that were half filled. The chicken sandwich was so chewy and hard we couldn’t eat it. Burgers were also over done. Will not be coming back here after reading all the reviews these past months. Something needs to change here.
