Employee working the morning drive through was rude!! Took order with an aggravated tone. Greeted employee when reaching window to pick up order and my drink/food was handed to me immediately closing her window not saying one word. Completely miserable experience.

Got my car worked on down the street, which is always fun, and needed lunch. I was immediately greeted by Kostul who provided the best experience I’ve had at a fast food place in a while. She was so joyful and friendly I completely forgot about my car troubles for a moment.

I like to eat a healthier diet. Sometimes I don’t want to cook. So I stop at Wendy’s. I know they have healthier food options. I love their Salads especially the Caesar salad, A plain Baked Potato, Chili. I love to get their lil Jr Frosty for my fur child.

Placed a mobile order but was given the wrong order. I went back inside to get my correct order and came home with one incorrect cheeseburger. Was here for 25 mins for something that shouldn’t take this long or be this difficult. Workers didn’t even apologize and have no customer service skills

Spent about 10 minutes at the window waiting on my food. Got 3 items and 2 were normal standards. The baconator on the other hand was so dry due to how badly they burnt it. I choked down about half of it before throwing in the trash. Now i am feeling very ill to my stomach. Steer clear of this location. You are better off at mcdonalds, burger king or dairy queen all within a half mile of this location and far better.

Ordered food when I got to the window I didn’t get the sauce I ordered they said they never charged me. Instead of giving it to me for the mistake on there part for not taking orders correctly they charged me. Terrible customer service. Any other restaurant they just give it for it being there mistake

Waited for 30 minutes just for half my order to be missing and the rest of it to be completely wrong. They left the window open the whole time so i could hear the staff arguing the entire wait. Waste of money.

This is the worst Wendys EVER. We get there about 10:20 pm, ordered a biggie bag with a burger, an order of ghost pepper fries, an order of spicy nuggets and a pecan apple salad with spicy chicken. We waited to pull up to the window for like 15 minutes, then when we finally got up there our total didn’t sound right. She forgot to add the salad. So, they added the salad and asked us to pull up and wait after handing us out the biggie bag. We pulled up and waited for another 15-20 minutes, and the girl comes out with the salad and forgot the spicy nuggets and the ghost pepper fries. So she apologized and went back to get them. We get home with our order, and my fiancé got a random chicken sandwich instead of the burger he ordered, his spicy nuggets were plain, they did not give him a straw for his drink, and my chicken in my salad was undercooked. We are currently driving back there from home because raw chicken is a huge NO and that was dinner. Really displeased. I will update my review accordingly after they fix our order.
Update: the manager came out to bring out someone else’s food, we told her the chicken was raw, she was shocked and was like “there’s no way.” So I showed her the picture and we gave her the food and receipt and told her the burger was wrong, and she said okay she would remake our whole order. She was really nice, adding another star for service because she was helpful. Will update outcome after our food comes back out.
Final update: she remade our whole order. Everything was correct and cooked properly and fresh. The only thing is they forgot the cheese on my salad, so not 100% but I’m overall pleased with the way the situation was handled and how nice the lady was that helped us out. Five stars for service because everyone makes mistakes, it’s about how they’re fixed.
So, with all that said I probably won’t visit Wendys for a while but just know if your order gets messed up, they will fix it for you and won’t give you a hard time about it.
