This place was empty on a Friday at dinner time. The salad bar is expensive but they had terrible old lettuce and dried out pasta salad. We had to ask them to bring us fresh lettuce so my niece could eat a decent salad. They did not change out the lettuce right away, but did after a male patron also complained about the lettuce. The server initially did not have an explanation for the lettuce, but she later told us the lettuce they have been receiving in their deliveries has not been very good. This was very disappointing, we do not recommend this location.

My family and I stopped by Big Boy for lunch yesterday and the food was amazing. Me and my husband both ordered the Classic Big Boy Combination and we got the kiddos the Chicken Nuggets and Fries, Eggs and Toast, and Grilled Cheese and Fries for lunch. The one thing I have to say about my dining experience was that the waitress seemed unwell, I’m a mother of 3 so it’s obvious when someone is sick you learn the beginning symptoms quite quickly, if you’re sick and handling food you shouldn’t be at work and also no kids menus was the other issue. It was frustrating having the waitress list off everything on the kids menu and us trying to remember everything she had said, so we ended up just looking it up online. I heard from my friend who is a regular here that they haven’t had kids menus in weeks and how many parents who dine here have been frustrated about it. The coloring contest however, the kids really enjoyed which kept them occupied while waiting for the food to come out. Our waitress was honestly such a sweetheart and made the whole experience really nice. I loved her festive outfit, little devil horns and trident earrings! Very appropriate for the spooky season approaching us. She said she was the only server but I saw an older server tending tables and ringing people up for their meals so I’m not sure why our waitress seemed to be the only one taking orders. She jumped table to table pretty quickly and made sure to check up on us, maybe a little too often but I know she had a lot of tables and it was busy and probably just forgot what table she checked up on. She was very friendly and had great customer service skills, I like that she confidently socialized with us and not just gave us our food and made it all about the food like most servers do. It was pretty nice talking to her. I wish we remembered her name but if she sees this I want her to know we enjoyed her service yesterday and she did a really good job!

My daughter and I came in on a Sunday around 1 o’clock was seated there was only 4 or 5 other tables waitress seated us and asked for our drink order and if we were ready to order food I said we needed a few minutes my daughter asked if we could still get breakfast she said Yes. She brings our drinks very flat Pepsi. Takes our order. She keeps walking bye and nothing yet. 35 minutes later she comes with our bill and asked how everything was and if we needed anything else. I said we never got our order. She comes back and said our order was lost what did we order again. I said forget it were leaving. The place is falling apart nasty. Cusions on seats are all ripped tables were all sticky and smeared ceiling tiles all water stained. If I were you stay clear of this dump.

We were seated right away, service was friendly. I was very happy with a three pack of slider burgers, tiny little things, no side, was fine with me. Very tasty.
Some people were enjoying the breakfast/brunch buffet on a Sunday which looked pretty good with a salad bar, waffles, bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs and stuff like that. I believe it was $15.99

Kayla was our server and she was very helpful. She sat us right away and brought our drinks immediately. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and answered all my questions as I am a picky eater. She was very patient and kind. The food came out in excellent time and she was very attentive to our needs. Kayla really made our dining experience enjoyable. We will definitely be back.

I decided to treat myself to carryout Big Boy Combo, with strawberry shake ( been 5 years)
Burger tasted just ok, meat felt weird, bottom bun was soggy, sauce was as if dumped on burger. No condiments with order. Few fries were soft/limpy, shake was best part of meal. Worse $18 I spent!
Tummy upset about 2/3 hours later.
I won’t be returning.

By far, hands down, this is the best big boy I have EVER been too!! (& I’ve been to a few different big boy’s-in a few different states!! #iLoveBigBoy ) It started off with my phone call in the morning, making sure they had the salad bar, a nice waitress answered (who also greeted me when we arrived) remembered my voice on the phone. We joked as she seated us, instantly making me feel welcome! My slim Jim was perfect, the salad bar was ABOVE AND BEYOND serving these cute little parfait’s and the whole restaurant was as clean as a whistle-including the bathrooms! Between the service, energy and amazing food… This Big Boy will definitely see me every time I’m in town!! Thank you Keysha and Big Boy for such a wonderful Lunch!!

Waitress said she was the only server,but didn’t follow through. I asked for xtr sauce and well done fries when i ordered. Didn’t receive either. Granddaughter didn’t receive fruit cup she ordered until she was almost done. Mother in law asked for a side of sauce for her big boy as hers barely had any. So called “manager” came out saying she cooked that sandwich and put the allowed amount of sauce on it. Any more we would be charged. Being in this field of work for many years, should have been easy fix. Apologize,get her more sauce and say next time she would have to charge her? As for waitress,u still tipped 20%, but definitely needs more training? We won’t be back.
