I went there earlier tonight, with two people because they were starving and didn’t eat anything and I haven’t ate in 6 Hours. Tonight my total was $29.47 because I didn’t even order a Beverage with my Medium Meal that is shown on the Recipt almost $30 for Fast Food this is Highway Robbery and I will never go back to this Wendy’s Location ever again. Yep, I was almost robbed $30 even though the Meal tasted good! Again, will never ever step foot at this Location/Drive-Thru and i will be Corporate know since i called this Lake Avenue Location and left a message for Upper Management!

I went to Wendy’s on Lake. And they were so rude It was a white young lady with glasses. She was very rude. There was a young girl in there that was African-American and she was very rude. They got my order wrong and they rushed me out of the line. I can’t believe I was treated this way. I come here all the time when they on the shift is always a problem. They really need to know how to treat their customers and they don’t and they are young and they need the proper training yeah, now I have to feed my kids the improper food that I ordered. I’m just disappointed the Wendys on Lake. I know back then was way better than that. I don’t know what happened now.

Visited drive thru Location @Lake Ave Roc.
My order was biggie bag, my fries and nuggets were stale so I drove around and ended up waiting for the staff to answer to re order, at this time the doors were locked finally a young person answered and I told her I would like to exchange fries and nuggets but I could keep the sandwich which I assumed was warm.
No problem..(Right)
Got my new fries and nuggets hot ate them on my way to my destination.
Here’s the kicker opened the sandwich and it had a bite taken out of it!!!! Never order from this place again.
Attempted a follow up with manager, very ghetto very unprofessional!
Tried to reach Flynn Corporation no answer. No follow up , I didn’t want a refund, just the satisfaction of letting them know about the customer service, meeting the manager I see why the quality is so poor!
Please do better, when people are spending money it’s the least you can do.

Terrible customer service. Cashier with a necklace with the name “Aaron” wasnt taking anymore orders because she didn’t wanna fill up the screen for the cooks. She was telling us we had to wait. Meanwhile the drive thru orders are filling up the screen. She continued to fill mobile orders while in person customers had to wait. Then she locked the dining room doors at 630pm and told customers not to let anyone in on the way out. I know its in the hood but damn in person customers deserve the same service as drive thru and mobile orders. Get it together people. If you dont like working in a restaurant then don’t.

Hours are definitely wrong. I pulled up at 11pm and there was a food delivery truck blocking the drive thru. Managed to get around in hopes of ordering at the window but without even opening it someone mouthed “we’re closed” and walked away.
