I was at Wendy’s in Brockport late at night (after 11pm) after spending 5 hours in the hospital supporting a friend. The staff was so kind and offered my dog a pup cup without me even asking! Because of my fatigue, I didn’t realize they did in fact give me all my food when I thought I was missing an item. I called and they were so sweet and understanding and as soon as I returned they had it ready. To my horror, I already had the item, I just didn’t realize it! I thought I only had the one bag but there were 2. I felt so bad and called the store to immediately apologize and the staff continued to be understanding and empathetic and assured me that it was ok and that they trusted I wasn’t just trying to get something for free. The interaction was so positive and sweet. I couldn’t be more appreciative of the staff working. Thank you so much for being understanding and kind!

They are always friendly and make sure my food is made on time when I order through the app so it’s fresh when I get there. They actually ran out of spicy nuggets and gave me a few regular ones which was what they asked to do. They gave me an extra spicy sauce for those nuggets which was perfect. I always love going to Wendy’s as their food is great and the service is phenomenal.

Just got back from Wendy’s and oh look missing a double burger again. You guys act like your meals are well priced, your the most expensive and the worst at accuracy. Go to kfc across the street, or bill greys or Taco Bell. You probably didn’t have enough single burgers for the missing double and sent me on my way so your times in drive through are better. 2/20/26 at 610 ish. 1 spicy chicken mean, one double meal. Two plain singles it’s not hard.
You also have McDonald’s and subway and Burger King. Oh don’t forget chic fil a. Literally anywhere else will give you better service and not rip you off constantly, all less than a mile.

Wendy’s is good food and obviously some visits are better than others.
My wait time wasn’t excessive, food is moderately priced, everything tasted great and I got all that I asked for.
It was 8:15 pm, cleanliness and maybe the lack of crew contributed to a “what did I just walk into” moment. But the crew delivered.
It’s a college town, and things just aren’t made the same way.
I would definitely go back and get food for my family. Would hope for a cleaner condition inside….thats why atmosphere rated low.
College kids, college town….still doesn’t mean you can’t meet or raise the bar.

Went to Wendy’s this morning in brockport. Because I hadn’t been there in a few months( because it was disappointing) stopped in today and ordered some breakfast sandwiches, and the bacon was raw and over all presentation was gross. Staff was nice, but took about 15 minutes for food and some of it was undercooked.

Was okay overall sign says short staffed so I understand ..food wasn’t fresh pop machine ice wasn’t working everything just felt a disarray. Staff was pleasant. Most likely won’t come back

Okay so every time I go here, I spend $30 on food for me and my family. Today I came and ordered a baconator meal and a chicken hot biggie bag, came out to $21.91. While ordering the very rude worker acted as if I was inconsiderate and inconvenient to be ordering. ONTOP of that, we got to the window, the blonde girl was NASTY and rude, and then handed me my bag, I checked it after pulling out of the drive though, and these rude arrogant jerk gave me the tiniest burger, not a baconator, and for got multiple items of my biggie bag out. After we went back, I personally watched another kid open a sandwich with no gloves, re close it and hand it to someone else. Disgusting and management needs to do better. Shame on the girls parents who didn’t raise her well enough to have respect and decency at your place of work.

Waited, parked in the drive thru for 10 mins and got a sandwich that looks like a bite was taken from it. I would have went back but was to uncomfortable. Who ever finds this acceptable to serve to a customer needs to be re trained

I rarely have good luck at Wendys but thought I would try the one in Brockport! I was pleasently surprised! The cashier I had was so friendly! He really brightedned my day! The food was hot & delicious! I dont remember what his name was but he is an excellent employee! I’m not sure if he remnbers but it was me, my mom & my daughter! Definitely be back!
