Came in around 8:50 too get dinner. No one greeted us when we walked in not a big deal. We walked up too the line too order our food. The food line was disgusting, there was dried old food on the outside of the containers and all over the counter. The back grill was covered in old food, their prep table also had old food all over it. We left without ordering as it was gross all the food on the line looked old and crusty. They definitely need to check on what night crew is doing.

I didn’t purchase anything because when I walked into the establishment on 01/22/26 around 8:30 p.m., the kitchen and food prep area looked so poorly maintained that I immediately left. Food canisters were stacked everywhere, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. The manager clearly needs more training, and I doubt corporate would approve of the conditions I saw. Honestly, it makes sense why you can’t find a Chipotle in the Cleveland area rated above a 3.6.

I go to this chipotle on a fairly regular basis and it has just gotten worse and worse. In the last month, the rice was undercooked twice and inedible. This last time I brought my food back to the store after I had gotten home to eat it because I wanted to make sure they were aware that the rice was raw. I was told to go back through the long line and they would remake my order. Once I finally got to the assembly line I asked to sample the rice before going through the hassle of having my order remade and it was still raw!! What was worse is that the person working the line told me they were aware the rice was undercooked and was told to serve it anyways. I asked to speak with the person that authorized that decision and was told that the person had just left to another store. That’s some leadership to make a decision like that and leave your team to deal with the complaints that are sure to result! At this point I’ll happily drive 20 minutes out of my way to not have to deal with that again.

I’m in this location semi frequently and generally the experience is atleast satisfactory. However after coming in to order 2/11 I’m disappointed to say the least. I was in with a friend who once at register asked if he could also have a large cup of rice. The associate at register, Mill, was extremely polite and helpful despite the gentleman working beside her, Rafik, being generally unpleasant. When my friend ordered extra rice and Mill asked Rafik to get it he had an attitude and made a comment about “what would you do if I wasn’t here.” I understand people have bad days and stores being busy gets stressful but to go to the extent of being so impolite and difficult to a coworker that customers are taking notice of it isn’t okay. I feel bad for people who are relying on members of their team to pull their own weight and let with disrespect. When attempting to call the store today to speak to a member of management the automated system would not direct me to speak to an associate, making it even more difficult for team leaders to receive feedback on their associates performance only continues to reflect poorly on Chipotle as a company and I acknowledge that this specific issue is not the fault of any employees on a store level. I do not want compensation or free food, that’s not what I’m after. I’d like for management in this location to understand how their associates are treating customers and coworkers, it makes the experience uncomfortable and uninviting for customers.

Hello anybody there!! ( video attached) Anyway; can you clean the surface! Your tortilla doesn’t smell good usually, and now the chicken has no flavor anymore seemed just grilled. Costumer service are okay, online rewards gets busted sometimes.

Shame on me… I have been warned about this place plenty of times…Literally that last time I ever come to this location ever again. This place stays dirty ALL the time. The tables are never wiped down. Literally every single table was dirty with food on them. They have staff all the time when I do go in there, so I don’t understand why this place is never kept up with like ever. Definitely walked right out because if they keep this place like this then most likely they are most definitely NOT washing their hands. Also very unprofessional they stay talking about personal business while on the line attending people. Also they take FOREVER to make your food. So yeah I will be HONORED to keep it pushing somewhere else honey ! ✌️✌️

Coming from another store with a bad experience then to this one with an equally bad experience is just insanity. Walked in and the line and windows were disgusting you’d think they were finger painting with also on the glass. They weren’t busy so a line wipe could have been done but just wasn’t. His wells weren’t smoking so that made me nervous about the food because is it even hot? Or maybe it’s because he was preclosing line 2 hours early and put hotels under all his food so nothing was coming up to temp. I get to the cashier and pay but he overcharged me and never even notified me… I worked for chipotle in the same region and was specifically told by the field leader we are nottttt allowed to charge people for vinaigrette so why was I charged and not even notified that there was an uncharged???? Kind of outrageous. No signs no nothing. You can’t just charge me for something that’s not on the menu with a charge next to it… then there was a manager and an employee standing in the way of customers just talking for like 20 minutes when the drink station is completely empty and your line person needs a line wipe? Waking up the next morning me and my partner are both experiencing horrible stomach cramps and very loose stools. Never going back. There are safety procedures for a reason, follow them before you get someone else sick

This is actually the worst Chipotle I’ve ever gone to in my life. The first time the girl at the register was so nasty that my little brother had to say something. Second time wasn’t my choice but the first bite of my burrito was straight sour cream and by the second bite the whole thing opened. She didn’t even wrap the burrito. Ive been coming since March 2025 since i moved to parma.
I came on Sunday, i guy with Mr Miagi beard scooped my chicken like hes spending his 401k, i asked for someone else to make my bowl, he grabbed the bowl and violently threw it in the trash.
I Didnt say a word, and I walked out.
Came today for another shot, same experience also walked out and ill never be back.
