Food came out at a very reasonable time from placing order. The issue I had was with placing the order, somehow I feel like the problem when placing order. I understand things happen and I don’t know who/what they’re dealing with while I place my order so I try to give the benefit of doubt but 2 days in a row? Food was good though.

I waited 20 min in drive thru for my food. They did inform me that they were in the middle of a shift change and there was a few big orders in front of me. However when I finally got back home I realized either they messed my food up or didn’t care. I ordered a Dave’s single combo. I’ll share pictures below. I did not feel like driving back and waiting another 20 min as the line wrapped around the building. Fries were cold and burger looked awful Super thin and burnt not edible. I tried to reach out to support and Noone responded.

This location is by far the absolute worst fast food experience EVERY SINGLE TIME! Even on Door dash
Recently ordered a quick meal after a long day of running around on DoorDash .. ordered three meals LARGE and three frostys at 9pm. All orders were canceled 27 min later and the order I tried to cancel but couldn’t was cold and missing sauces. Mind you the dasher was there for 45 min waiting for one meal.

When I asked for a Dave’s single, I didn’t think I would legitimately get one slice of lettuce, one gaping tomato, and one sad pickle. Sorry. Two off-center pickles. Not to mention, the cashier snapped my husband’s credit card in the machine. Nice. It was an accident, but nothing more was said or done about it.
