Today is Thursday February 5th around 4:45 p.m. and I have been coming to Wendys once a week lately for the chili and baked potato and the employee Devon who has been the cashier when I’ve been coming the last few times his name is Devon and is super nice and he goes well above and beyond to make sure I have everything and he’s very quick. After I sat down he checked on me to make sure I have everything and if I wanted more Pepper or anything else so it’s great customer service.

I don’t expect the world with fast food. Just a reasonable quality of food and if there’s a wait, communication of that time. That’s about it.
I’ve never had an issue with the time. Food quality is alright, again it’s fast food.
For fast food as a location it’s 5/5, It meets expectations and I’ve had seldom to rare issues with quality. The food itself is a 2 on a bad day 4 on a good. The service has always been reasonable and the wait times are also reasonable based on traffic and time of day.

I have food poisoning from this location and it’s completely my own fault because I should have known better because my husband got food poisoning a month or so before, I was just try to eat after just getting out of work. Ugh yall need to get it together! This is ridiculous!

After a terrible experience at the Taco Bell down the street at 2 AM, I came down to this Wendy’s location to get some food instead. I waited at the drive-thru for 10 minutes with no answer from the staff. As I went to leave, I slowly rolled past the windows and looked inside. The employee wasn’t even wearing her headset. Ridiculous and a waste of time. There wasn’t any other customers there, either.

Why is the lobby closed before 8 pm on a Friday night when it’s posted that it’s open until 10pm. I have a picture of the hours as well. Some vehicles don’t fit or are too loud for a drive thru. So we choose to go out before lobbies close but apparently we close earlier than advertised.

Perfect dining experience here for lunch today. Placed a mobile order, came in and found it was ready. The staff were friendly and professional. The dining room was clean and tidy, and the food was fresh and delicious, just as ordered.

Monday 10:40 PM is when I placed my online order when I was in the parking lot.
Monday 11:30 is when I got my order.
It was only about 6 cars in front of me when I first got in line. Next time I’m going to get in the lane and order while I’m in the lane.
I had to keep turning my car off while in the lane. I could hear other people in front and behind me doing the same thing.
When I arrive at the speaker they ask “Will you be using awards today?” But must be a recording because I told them I was picking up 2 online orders and heard nothing back for about 10 minutes.
What I noticed while in the lane is that they did not ask people for the orders at the speaker until the vehicle at the pick up window began pulling off.
So they are literally doing 1 order at a time.
When I got to the pickup window there were 2 individuals just sitting there looking up towards the ceiling but most likely at the order screen.
I’m confused why one of them couldn’t help the person cooking food. Do they not cross-train the employees for maximum efficiency anymore?
I literally could have drove to Wendy’s on Transit Road and been back to Downtown Buffalo in the 50 minutes that it took to wait and inhale gas fumes in this Wendy’s drive thru lane. Which by the way you cannot exit easily out of. So couldn’t even cancel my order because I was locked in!
Needless to say I won’t come back to this Wendy’s – EVER AGAIN!
