Food and service is great, like the chicken tenders as well as my usual chicken sandwich, frosty and garlic parm chicken nuggets. The only concern I have are the restrooms, sometimes the automated touchless flushers are out of order, I have talked to the cash till staff twice about this….I hope they find a permanent solution to this soon, or this fast food place will flush more than $ and customers away…..I have 0 plumbing experience and appreciate both the staff and food, but would like to be able to return again without this happening.

I wouldn’t say it was great but it wasn’t horrible fast food restaurant french fries were delicious any ice cream flurries were yummy and had a great selection. The burger however was mediocre at best amazing service at the counter and at the window as I had to go in and get mayonnaise

Went to this location on 8/22/25. Ordered 2 biggie bags as we just wanted something quick. One $7 Double bacon and one $5 Jr. Bacon. The place was filthy and less than appealing to the eye. The soda fountain machine was atrocious. I don’t think they clean it at all throughout the day. We got our meals and there was zero bacon on either of the sandwiches. The fries looked like something you would give a toddler. Seriously, where was any of it “biggie?” Those meals were not prepared correctly and the sizes were despicable!!! I would be ashamed to serve that! Haven’t been to Wendy’s in over a year and won’t be going back after this!!!!!

decided to stop at wendy’s for lunch since it’s right across the blvd from my job. unfortunately, you almost never have a good experience at this location. i placed a mobile order, which should make things easier for the staff and cut down on mistakes since the order literally prints out on a sticker. the girl at the window didn’t greet me, just said “here” and handed me my drink. a couple minutes later she tossed the bag of food out, and it was completely wrong. i ordered a 10-piece meal with ghost pepper ranch and got a bacon hamburger instead. the service was careless and they couldn’t even get an order that’s written out right. pretty disappointing considering it’s every single time.

I came here this evening, and I am completely appalled at the freshness of the food. The bread was sale and the sandwich was cold, as if it had been sitting there for hours. The prices are completely expensive and the quality of food is disgusting. I will not be returning here

The girl at the counter was very nice & professional. The food was not the best, fries tasted like leftovers. For fast food it was ok. I only went here because my elderly mom loves the chilli .
The main issue I had was the floors were very slippery, not sure what was on them but felt greasy. I’d be worried of someone falling, especially an elderly person.
