There was no eye contact when i was paying for my food in drive thru, no smiles, nothing. At the following window for me to get my food, I was the only one in the drive thru and the girl told me to pull forward to wait for my food. It made no sense to me because i was the only one in the drive thru. Another thing, I ordered a large fry, paid for a large fry, and they still gave me a medium…. I know it’s not that big of a deal, but when you pay for what you want and they don’t give you what you ordered, then it’s kind of annoying.

I do not eat in fast food restaurants, I do however stop and get my 85 year old Mom sugar free vanilla iced coffee s . I can tell you about McDonald’s in Pembroke, NC these folks are always just the sweetest and ready to help no matter what I ask. I love it soon as I walked in they greeted me the place was so clean they are so nice and mr davi the manger he is a amazing & awesome manger and worker he always smiling never has a attitude he is a fast worker the staff is amazing and fast I drive a hour to eat here for breakfast lunch and dinner my kids love it they are so nice and they love mr davi I don’t eat at no other McDonalds but here I recommend this McDonalds to everybody the food is amazing I will rate y’all 10 or out 10 & 5 stars and MR DAVI GET A 10 STAR from me thank y’all for y’all’s amazing food and customer service and clean place to eat and the back is always clean and in order ( A LOYAL CUSTOMER & DOOR DASHER)

I’ll never spend my money there again. I waited over 30 minutes for my food. I never lost my cool but I sensed that my race was a factor. Girl comes get my receipt after pulling me up to number 3 parking then she never return then I go in and get looks like I’m in the wrong.

Don’t give me wrong I love their service, it’s a nice clean environment and the workers are respectful and nice but when it comes to packing orders for DoorDash or for pick up orders in general, they never make sure that all items are in the bag before passing it out And it’s not just like a one time thing where it was like. Oh, it’s a mistake I’m a let it go. It’s an every time type thing.

I called Pembroke McDonalds to place a breakfast order for my students. The entire process was seamless. Not only was my order correct – they included enough condiments for my middle school kids to use on their biscuits. I have tried other fast-food restaurants and my orders always had something missing. Thank you for delighting my students with their breakfast!!!
