I loved all the food except that the fries tasted decently old, it’s not just this Wendy’s but the one near Wilton mall as well. I’ve worked for Wendy’s and during the training videos it says they don’t cut corners but like 80% of the time the fries tasted old and not hot… But still love the place!

Waited till 1030 when they said lunch started. Ordered a spicy chicken with only mayo into Junior cheeseburgers. Even though lunch just started I seem to have gotten the oldest spicy chicken probably from yesterday. Still ate it because it cost me $20 but if you’re going to increase the price of your meals try to increase the quality as well.

Ordered 3 meals. Received 3 meals but wrong. Husband pull into parking lot (we did drive thru) goes in comes out with two replacement meals they’re wrong. Ended up with 5 sandwiches. And one might think “hey you got lucky, at least you got a few free sandwiches” but NO, the food here is horrible and made our stomachs hurt. After I ate I felt like I had swallowed a bunch of river rocks.

If you want to wait 45 minutes for the drive thru for “fast food” then be my guest. The dining room is never open because they don’t have enough employees. How sad is that. Get your act together or just close down. 45 minute wait for drive thru is unexceptable.

This is by far the worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever had to stop at. It’s right next to my work but I actually drive all the way across town to go somewhere else. Today I made the bad choice of stopping hoping for a quick bite….25 minutes later I’m once again sitting at the curb, pulled forward (waiting on the meat to cook). I spent my entire lunch waiting for a sandwich and fries leaving me no time to actually eat it. There was only a couple cars in the drive thru and the inside was essentially empty. I’m not one to leave a negative review but this happens every single time. Everyone at my job avoids this place for these very reasons. To top it off, after waiting for 25 minutes, my fries were cold. Avoid this location at all costs. Just drive across town to somewhere else.

Been waiting an hour for a door-dash order from this location. The driver is keeping us updated but I should not be waiting an hour for an order. If this location can’t handle delivery services and their normal business maybe they shouldn’t have the delivery services. When you do go through the drive through yourself the staff is rude and unprofessional. It’s a shame because I would rather have Wendy’s than McDonald’s but at least you get your food quick with McDonald’s. Very sad!!

Had all doors locked at 3 pm with no signs saying use drive threw. After you pay they will question your oder. After we got our order with no drinks and asked for the drinks because we ordered combos, they wanted to charge us just for the drinks. Awful, Awful, Awful!

Our food was wrong. We ordered a strawberry lemonade and a bacon cheeseburger. We were given regular lemonade and a regular cheeseburger. The server was nice, so we didn’t mind eating what we were given. But please make sure orders are correct before serving…

Drive through at 920 pm. Younger guy with curly hair was super friendly and professional. Fast and fresh food. Nice to have such good customer service , doesn’t seem to be a priority at most places these days. I don’t normally write reviews but wanted to give him credit. Wish I knew his name .
