So, the staff here get a lot of flack about how slow this place is. It is very obviously understaffed, but they work hard, deliver great, presentable food, and are friendly. The store is always clean, or clean enough. I’ve never seen a mess or any unacceptable situations here. The one thing I wish could be fixed is that usually on a shift there’s only one or two people who speak English, and in no way, shape, or form do I believe they have to or should, but it makes getting help a little difficult as you try to get their attention. But I love this location, and will keep coming.

This Wendy’s on route 50 in Saratoga is the best Wendy’s I have ever been to! I’ve been working in the area lately and went there 3 times within a couple weeks… EVERY SINGLE time the food was perfect and the food came out quickly. I like to get jr. cheeseburger deluxe with extra everything. The burgers had generous toppings and weren’t falling apart. The chicken nuggets were crispy and fresh. Also, the French fries were fresh with a good amount of salt on them. PLEASE Wendy’s… keep doing what you are doing! It’s probly the best fast food experience I have ever had. You are doing it RIGHT! Thank you

Worst ever! My Dave’s single legit was cold. ALSO FOUND A HAIR IN IT! It was made so fast that my whole order for four people was ready within seconds. Soda taste like seltzer water!

Tried going to the Wendy’s on Congress but that place is a mess and a waste of time. Found this one and OMG it’s awesome!! The dinning room was open so we could go inside and sit to eat our food. They had a cool sink in between both bathrooms which I’ve never seen before. The staff was great and the food was delicious as well. We will be back in the future.

Went inside to order. You only order on an iPad there are no actual cashiers. There were too many people in there for how small it was. There was no ice in the soda machine. The service was extremely slow could have eaten quicker at a restaurant. I had a BUG in my chicken sandwich. I’m absolutely disgusted and won’t be returning.

Great people here! My food is always hot and the restaurant is very clean! They work hard and always get it right for me. I also think it is cool many of the workers are bilingual, as we have a high Spanish speaking population in the summer!

Idk what’s up with all the 1 star reviews but my experience couldn’t be more different. this Wendy’s stands out (… From the downtown location) and the workers deserve some credit. First off the place is spotless it’s incredibly clean, tables, floors and counters everything is shining like new. The trash wasnt overflowing and the bathrooms were practically glowing and smelled like fresh cleaning products. The fries where hot and crispy and the burgers were great buns soft and patties were not greasy. The drink machine with like 100 drinks was in working order with all the options available… Loved this ! It was super inexpensive under 20$ for two people. I’m not sure if the 1 star reviews came from a time with different staff but the current Spanish speaking staff is really doing a fantastic job improving the business and taking pride in their work. I wish more people would take 5 minutes out of their day to acknowledge the people who work hard for low wages providing a fast affordable meals by writing a review when they are getting it right and not just went something goes wrong.

This location has seen a significant decline with individuals that lack any sense of professionalism or customer service. They can barely speak English, so ordering is very difficult. If possible, choose to go elsewhere.
