Used to be a decent location now it’s a dump. 15 minutes to wait for cold food and missing food from order. How do you make a bacon double stack and a chicken Blt and have no bacon? I was just there and the Mexican LADY WAS talking shit about me in Spanish not knowing I am Puerto Rican. And the manager didn’t even say anything too her. She was complaining about my sauces and saying how she demanded me too pay, when I told her when I first came in I’ll pay for them. After I repeated what she said i Spanish she refused to give me eye contact and ignore me completely. The food wasn’t up to par either it was extremely messy. I ordered food from here on grubhub, and it took them almost 2 HOURS to actually make my food and send it out to the driver. I’ve ordered food on grubhub/doordash/uber eats a million times and have never had this happen to me. I tried calling the place multiple times, and each time they either ignored me and let it ring or they hung up the call after the second ring. By the time i got my food, my mccrispy wasn’t even fully cooked and it was digusting, plus i requested extra mayo and instead they put almost 0 mayo on it. only thing saving them is the cheese fries were actually good. actually never doordashing food from here ever again

They messed up our whole order. We ordered cheese baconators, and they came with no cheese or any bacon at all, no ketchup or anything else. They were all supposed to be all large. We got one large dink and 3 medium and 4 small fries. One was a ghost pepper sandwich, and it was just a bun and a piece of chicken and nothing else. I love Wendy’s ❤️ and this was the worst I ever had.

Well what they are calling the classic chicken sandwich is not the chicken sandwich I get at other Wendy’s. See the picture. The large chili is only half full more like a small. The large frosty I got was a small at any other store. None of the staff spoke or understood English very well. It took me 15 mins at the speaker just to give my order.

They have a bad habit of placing open items like fries and nuggets out to get cold while waiting for the sandwiches. I would think that making sure everything is served as hot as possible would be an obvious move that doesn’t take much experience to figure out. Oh, and apparently they like to make decisions on what comes on your sandwich no matter how you ordered it. And these issues with the rude workers they have and you get another trash Wendy’s in the area.
