I can tell from others’ reviews (and now my own), that this Wendy’s is ready for either a whole new crew (managers included), or to be closed permanently. How can their corporate office now see all these bad reviews and not do something about it???
I had gone in and it started from there. I had to wait 10 minutes to get waited on while some employee on their phone, went into the office and another one came around the corner (in the back) with GLOVES ON and was eating something. They touch my (your) food with those NASTY gloves now?!?!?! Unacceptable!
When I finally was waited on, I asked for the $6 Biggie bag with a Junior Bacon Cheese Burger. the fries, the drink, and the nuggets. The burger was as cold as the veggies on the burger. The fries were limp and not even warm, and the nuggets were horrible! What a waste of $6.42
I will NOT be going back there ever again – and if I were you, I’d think twice about going there AT ALL!

What a joke of a fast food place. I ordered a 10 piece and got 9. The wrong sauce that I guess they dump all over your nuggets now!? All soggy!? What happened to individual sauce containers! I ordered 2 extra sour creams and received 0! Besides nobody speaking English and the rude customer service. I will never go back to this establishment!!

I went to the drive through. The sign is completely dark. The cashier asked me four times are you ready to order. He never gave me my total.when I went to pickup my order, he never greeted me and never said thank you. He needs classes in customer service.

My burger was hot and the fries made fresh. My companion enjoyed the $5 bag deal. The food was hot. The chicken nuggets were fresh.

Karma is going to all over the staff at this location. Y’all are rude and dismissive and just served me undercooked cold meat. When I asked for napkins and a straw (not available for customers to self serve apparently) I was very rudely, told the napkins were in the bag. When I opened it to eat there were none. Undercooked meat was just the cherry on top. Never coming back even tho it’s around the corner from my house. Nasty people going to get someone sick. Also my chicken patty tasted very turmericy? Idk never experienced that at a Wendy’s. Don’t eat here.

What a joke. I sat 10 mins to put order in drive thru. 4 cars left while I waited. Nobody speaks English there. The pothole in drive thru will mess your car up so watch out. I just recommend going elsewhere. Save frustration.
