Came here for lunch, and it was a nightmare. I guess they were probably understaffed, but other customers and I were on line waiting for at least 30-40mins just so we can order. The line was wrapping the inside of the establishment.

We ate in while most people ordered and left or had called in an order and picked up and left. Eating in is just that. Plain and simple. Food is very good and so is the service. The price is very good for what you get. They have hardly raise their prices at all. A real bargain.

They had over five people working and only one.person taking inside restaurant orders. Only two customers ahead of me and waited 30minutes before I was being helped. I ordered chicken and was told I have to wait for chicken to finish cooking. Asked if I could have pork instead and they said no pork was available either. After finally receiving my meal, there was NO ice available for my fountain soda. The restaurant was not crowded at the time I was there and it did not appear as if crew/employees were overwhelmingly busy. Food served cold and all around bad experience.

Ordered. Picked up in 10 mins. Food was ICE COLD. Not heated and left to cool. ICE COLD as if the proteins and beans came directly from the refrigerator and a can. Never had this happen before. All our food was completely cold.

I wanted to get angry at the portions, but it was just what I needed. Dunno what they do to their tomatoes, but they taste very good, other Chipotles don’t quite tastes like theirs. Get the juice from the tomatoes on your tortilla or bowl, thank me later.

I waited in line for 10 -12 minutes to order my food. The store was out of Fajitas, the server tried to give the last 3 scraps at the bottom of the container. I was told the wait time is 15 minutes to cut them. After a 10 minute wait, there were no Fajitas being made. Will never go back to this location.

They didn’t have chicken, or any meat, had to wait 20 min for them to cook chicken, then the Credit card machine was down, online and in person so they said cash only, then they didn’t want to accept a 100 bill so they sent me across the street to get change. 40 minutes later, they couldn’t offer a discount or apologies for my time wasted, charged me full price for my order and said it wasn’t his fault, worst chipotle I ever been too, nobody cares about the customers, basically told to me to go screw myself

Food is tasty, but somehow your $12 lunch will cost you $23. Watch out in the buffet style line, each condiment is over a dollar and the employee does not inform you of this.
