We went to get our usual chicken bowls at 5:45. In general this location is always out of Ingredients. Today the server told me they were out of fajitas and could not make any more. When I insisted, they asked us to wait. After about 7 mins, the fajitas were ready. The server then proceeded to fill the bowl almost up to the top with White rice followed by 2 tablespoons of beans and 2 tablespoons of chicken. The chopped tomatoes were extremely watery and literally had to be fished out of the container. This particular location is such a mess it makes me wonder why the brand doesn’t choose to do anything about it. It’s ridiculous. The staff couldn’t care less.

We always go to this chipotle location because it is closest to us. The store is pretty small, and the tables are always dirty because no one ever cleans it up. We usually do takeout because the atmosphere is pretty disgusting.

Every time I go to chipotle, I always get a burrito bowl:
Here are all the toppings I’ve tried in my burrito bowl:

White rice – I personally really like the white rice here. It is nice and fluffy, and has a almost buttery flavor.

Chicken – the chicken at chipotle is also my all time favorite for burrito bowls. It has the perfect mix of buffalo and barbecue seasoning, and is perfectly soft and flavorful.

Hot honey chicken – we didn’t find this chicken too spicy, but the honey added a nice sweetness.

Sour cream – sour cream tasted regular, it was probably packaged.

Guacamole – the guacamole is fine, but most of the time when we go it is already brown.

Fajita vegetables – the fajita veggies have the perfect smoked flavor. However, we do find them a bit too soggy.

Lettuce – the lettuce was fine, I hope it was washed.

Cheese – they always put such a big portion of the cheese. It tastes like mozzarella.

Black beans – the beans are fine, but I’ve never found them that flavorful.

Roasted chili corn salsa – I love this salsa because the corn always adds the perfect sweetness.

Fresh tomato salsa – this salsa is good. It has a lingering aftertaste that I can’t place the flavor of.

Tomatillo green chili salsa – this is very spicy, and has a nice jalapeno flavor.

Chips – I’ve found these chips too dry and bland for my liking. Some salt or seasoning would be good

Ordered from this location a few times (group order delivery). Food is ok typically. Today however they really messed up. Co-worker’s burrito had a 2″ piece of plastic in the middle. Pictures attached. Seriously!?

Would not recommend this location at all.

I ordered this at 6:00pm and arrived 7:18pm and without almost nothing of what I ordered, it’s just a lot of rice and beans with sauce, cheese and guacamole, the rest I have no idea, this is getting worse and worse, it’s not the first time he sends me something incomplete, I see this situation unfair because one pays for his food, and it’s not possible that incompetent people don’t do their job well.

Two stars because there is one sweet woman working the line tirelessly. Other than that the tables are dirty, ingredients are dried out and other staff seem inattentive. Pickup order was marked as ready in the Uber eats app, so I went inside to look for it and it wasn’t ready. I waited about 5 more minutes before asking the girl who was doing takeout if she had my order and she brushed me off. It took another 20 minutes to receive my order – a $5 kids meal. It makes no sense that you make people who are present for their orders wait so long. She was working on 10 orders simultaneously. When i receives my order it was no longer warm from sitting on the counter so long. Multiple staff members walking back and forth but there didn’t seem to be a manager in charge. Really disappointing location.

Rude staff. Eye rolling & glares at customers. This location is the epitome of how basic customer service sucks these days. One lady in particular seemed to be projecting all her life’s woes on the customers. Has been a pattern the last few times at West Orange Chipotle, as well… better to go to an actual Mexican restaurant where you may pay a little more but they’re glad to see & serve you. Or go to Jersey Mike’s or Chick-Fil-A where they have higher quality staff and you aren’t made to feel like an inconvenience just being there.

Filthy conditions with zero care from the staff to take care of horrendous dining areas.

Calling the health department.

No one in 2024 should have to tolerate feeding their families in this kind of poor excuse for service, especially when Chipoltle commands the highest pricing for fast food. This is not Mom and Pop business.

A coffee chain with a similar mess of issues just hired Chipoltle’s CEO; if he was supposed to be the best in the business, then I don’t see this getting better. Unless the health department gets involved.

came for a pick up order in my name when i asked for my order the lady was not very nice tossed the items at me that was missing for the side. when i got back to my job some of the items for the Quesadilla was not in the container that it comes in. i order some what a lot from here and the same lady is not nice,

I’d been going to this chipotle for months, and rarely had issues, however today when I went to pick up my to go order, I watched one of the employees make 2 takeout orders with next to zero regard for sanitation standards.

The first order this employee made, they leaned over the counter where their apron proceeded to touch the bowl (which had sour cream), and get said sour cream on their apron. They looked down, acknowledged that their apron had touched the sour cream on this person’s bowl, and then continued making the order and place it on the to go rack.

Then this employee made my order. I watched them throw out some printer paper, push the printer paper down into the trash bin, and make my order WITHOUT changing their gloves, and place it on the rack. I will not be eating at this chipotle again for the foreseeable future.

I was at the hospital with my son and ordered a burrito bowl and it came with just rice chicken and beans nothing else after more than 5 hours at the hospital just wanting a decent meal I get such a disappointing bowl of food
