There is a reason why this chain overtook BK … The reason is the quality of the products and the knowledge of the staff they hire. Mostly all of the employees speak English well and go out of their way to explain how you can get a great value out of buying from Wendy’s. It felt like the staff understands what is going on in our economy and steer you to the best values. I am now a fan.

Slow, always slow, only one cashier and only one person doing the food. The system went down and I overheard them say it’s not the first time the system goes down.
My take away from this is the franchise owner does not care to keep their systems up to date or store fully staffed.

I stopped by Wendy’s after a long, draining day at work hoping for a quick bite. I was disappointed to find the place supposedly closed at 1:40 a.m., which was surprising because the website lists closing time as 2:00 a.m. If the doors were indeed shut early, it felt disrespectful to turn away customers so close to what should be the end of service. After a long day, I just wanted some straightforward chicken tenders, not a mystery about when you actually close.
A brief courtesy acknowledgment if there’s any reason you can’t take an order close to closing time would’ve been nice (instead of turning people away abruptly).
Overall, the experience left me feeling frustrated and uncertain about reliability. I’m open to giving Wendy’s another shot if the hours are clearly posted and consistently followed, so I’m not left guessing when I can get a quick bite after a long day…

I ordered a single with cheese small frie and small coke and for my daughter a 4pc nuggets small fries small coke. I was surprised that the total came out to $19.95. But later found that the server charged me for a special burger which is not what i ordered! More importantly we asked for honey mustard and was told that they are 50 cents each!! So i paid $1.00 for them! Meanwhile there were 2 BBQ sauces in the bag at no charge!! O have NEVER been charged for any sauces at ANY drive thru!! Is the way Wendy’s does things now? I’d like to know!! Thanks for your time.

I ring my ears. Will never buy there ever again. Just bought a spicy chicken sandwich combo. Everything is cold. The chicken the fries. This is not the first time it’s happened. I live 2 minutes away from this location.

Hey guys, what’s up its me P given you the real deal! This place is ok, I went thru pretty fast however no napkins, no straws, kinda makes things hard to enjoy your meal! But, anyway the PUB burger and chicken were slamming!

The worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to, the service staff were very rude and had no quality, the person behind me ordered the same set meal as me, but they actually gave the food to the person who came later, I asked them why, and they actually said there was something wrong with me, it was ridiculous, I will never eat at this Wendy’s again, maybe two stupid employees will cause this store to close down.

Went thru drive thru and the girl taking my order is to busy talking in the background about her personal life to take our order. We had to repeat ourselves like 5 times because she to busy bs around with her friend. When we get to the window we see a very disrespectful young chick again bs in the back with coworkers. I love Wendy’s and this experience was so inappropriate I would probably never come here again. Nasty customer service as it’s best.
