This is a great Wendy’s location. They always have fresh ingredients and have the good specials through the Wendy’s app. Quality is there and the price is also the best out of the fast food chains in my opinion. Clean dining area and bathrooms. Friendly staff. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, and their 4 items for 4 dollars special. Good value and food is great.
Paid about $17 for a Jr hamburger, medium fries, a Jr cheeseburger, 4 piece spicy chicken nuggets, a small strawberry lemonade, and two regular spicy chicken sandwiches.

When I walked into this restaurant the cashier with the lovely wavy black hair Stalin waved at me and smiled with his beautiful white teeth. He made me feel so welcomed and he even gave me a large drink instead of small and didn’t charge me for it. I know that he should get a raise. He showed the true definition of good customer service and I can’t wait to come back and see him again 🙂

During a recent in-store visit, I encountered a delay in order fulfillment. Despite utilizing the mobile app for advance ordering, my prepared order was not available upon arrival. I experienced a 20-minute wait, and it appeared that the counter staff had overlooked my pickup request, necessitating two inquiries regarding its status. Notably, the store did not appear to be experiencing high customer volume at the time.

First of all, we pull up to the drive thru and ask the lady if the new chicken tenders is real chicken and she responds and says the chicken is plastic, so I dont understand if she was being humorous or not, but I felt offended. & then proceeded to ask again and she tells us to go on the website. Now why in the world would I go on the website if she is as an employee there and should know whether the tenders is similar to the nuggets or not. Im sorry but that is unacceptable behavior, and if she doesn’t know the menu items then maybe she shouldn’t be working the drive thru.

They got the order right. Which I consider a challenge especially at the drive-through line with long complicated orders like mine. I think we had about $70 worth of food that day.

I come to this Wendy’s often, and always have had normal interactions, however today I had placed a pickup order and a girl with tacky pink earrings refuses to give me my order, tells me to go inside and get it, rudely ignores me and slams the window, however I was recently injured and literally was not able to go inside even if I wanted to. Recently had an outstanding experience here. Whoever was working the overnight Thurs-Fri you rock!!! I got sandwiches on the app no buns and extra lettuce and they lettuce wrapped the sandwiches for me! I was a little touched, I’ve worked food service and I know it took some effort to go the extra mile but it was so so appreciated! Put a big smile on my face! And it was very fast.
