One of the few fast food locations where the employees seem to really be making an effort to provide a good experience. From the woman who brought out the food (actually fresh and hot) to the manager we spoke to for some extra condiments were friendly and enthusiastic about their job. I don’t see that very often so when I do, I want to say: Thank you!

Half my order was completely wrong. I was supposed to have 2 sausage egg mcmuffins and got 2 egg and sausage biscuits. Ordered 2 hash browns and only got 1!!!
Maybe that’s why the customer service was excellent, because they knew they didn’t have regular eggs made, so the mcmuffins could be covered Then no phone number available to get ahold of them

The employees here are beyond rude!! Drive thru screens don’t work so you cannot confirm your order is correct. I get to the window and PAID for my stuff and checked it upon getting it and was missing things. The gentlemen at the window was trying to accommodate. But his manager or shift was a complete disgrace to the company. Rushing me to drive away when an order I paid for already was incomplete. Yelling at me to “go go go” just so they can meet their drive thru times instead of caring about customer satisfaction and standards!! I would not recommend this location, you’re better off visiting wolf rd or Schenectady!

My last few visits to any McDonald’s has included subpar food and mediocre service. This McDonald’s was no different. The staff was working very hard but they seem to be understaffed and all of them seem to be doing multiple jobs. However, the worst part I was the food itself. I got chicken nuggets which were shriveled up dry hard and basically horrible. The french fries were unedible and I didn’t bother eating them so I just threw them away. It’s because of this repeating experience that I only use McDonald’s as food for last resort.

Worst McDonald’s ive ever been to. Store was not busy ao they are serving old petrified food. My sons cheeseburger patty looked like it been thru world war 3 and back, french fries old and cold. Employees hanging out on property horsing around very unprofessional. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE DO NOT ORDER HERE

First off, this location had no clean areas to sit. All tables had food and used napkins on them and the floor. The soda machine had two broken signs on dispensers and two other were out of mix. And there were no salt, pepper, or any kind of condiments to be found. Garbage cans were overflowing on to the floor. I tried out the new kiosk, and went to the cleanest table available. The workers screamed out my table number rather than bringing the food to us as advertised. Said they were too busy to bring the food out to us. There were no special requests, just straight off the menu items. The food was luke warm at best, no where even close to hot. They forgot a sandwich, and when I asked for it with the receipt, I got a loud exhale with an eye roll as if I asked for some super special order. Also entered a survey with this same info and checked off I would like to be contacted from a rep from the franchise. No response yet in over a week. Will never visit this location ever again.

I wish I can give negative rating for this location the staff the food both are discussing. There lemonade had something in it when I asked for replacement 2 of the staff members said ok then that other black lady came in said it gonna be same in a rude way she said the will refund me but she can’t change the drink. She had an attitude. The lady a billing closed willow twice one my face they don’t have basic humanity. While she was refunding me I food was seating at her counter and when I got them after she did what she wanted to do, the time I got it I had 1 fries and it was cold and soggy I asked her it cold do you want to refund me this both of these women should the window. They were extremely rude and aggressive. If they don’t want to work they absolutely can stay don’t come to work with this attitude it can spoil other people day as well.
Food soggy drinks have crumbs in it. Don’t do to this McDonald. People here rude with no respect for others.

Initial impression was fine, clean and maintained. However I placed an order for a grilled chicken snack wrap at the self serve kiosk the problems started. The machine was out of tape, and when I went to the counter there was sign lying down facing the ceiling stating they were out of grilled chicken. The woman behind the counter refused to give back my money and said they have no refunds and her GM was on VK and could not be reached. I can understand no refunds, but you can’t take my money with no intent on fulfilling the order and claim no refunds especially when the sign was not posted where you would actually pay. Furthermore I also ordered a triple cheese and got a single. The only rep I can give credit to was a young lady would overrode the acting boss and got my refund. Will not be returning to this location.
