First time visiting this Flemington location. It’s a bit tricky since it’s close to 202/31 circle. I almost missed it and ran into circle. This location has a lot of drive through and seems understaffed. In-store service was a bit slow. I tried it’s new loaded nachos cheeseburger and Dave’s Triple. Very delicious.. Also, the queso fries were also tasty. Oh. It’s worth mentioning that there are two fancy beverages machines for your choices from 20+ flavors. Despite the slow in-store service, Wendy’s is still my favorite…..

Was given the wrong food multiple times in a row, soft drinks were mixes of different sodas combined.
Charged me for someone else’s food I cannot return bc I did my transaction on a GC and I’m not about to waste my time on it if their employees lack customer service.

If I could give this zero stars I would. I have been to this location multiple times and I always have a problem with the Spanish lady at the drive thru window. I have let it roll off my shoulder in the past but this was one of the worst customer experiences I have ever experienced. I understand it’s fast food and people have bad days but she only seems to have bad days. Today I had a mobile order I went to the speaker and she said to pull forward. She opened the window and started to give me drinks that were not in my order. I said I had a mobile order and she said I didn’t and trying to fight me as if I was lying. She then told me to show her my order which I did. Then she slammed the window shut and I waited for my food. Once my food was done she only opened it for her arm to get out and literally threw the bag to me. She is always rolling her eyes and giving attitude. This needs attention brought to.

Honestly wendys lit such a good place to go eat whenever u wanna go eat out fast food, I did drive thru today and the lady w blonde hair I think she’s latina, she has a such a judgy attitude, like no your welcome? No have a nice day? Have more of a happy attitude when your attending not a rude face.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at Wendys. Gave her my card. She said she needed 78 cents because there was a balance. I gave her my only dollar bill I had w me. Then in a rude way she opened the window and asked for a smaller bill. I said give me a minute I’ll look for some(didn’t have any) I started searching for coins. She kept on saying omg, omg in a rude way. Gave her the 78 cents. She closed the window right before I asked her for some sauce. Open the window and said what do you want now. Like if I was bothering her. Definitely won’t be going back.

BUGSSSS EVERYWHERE!!!, I honestly couldn’t believe how disgusting this place was. There was bugs everywhere, and in my food. The manager Mariam, I believe is her name, was completely and utterly rude, and would not refund my order CLEARLY with a bug on it!!!!!! I hate to be this person and leave a bad review, and I never do this, but honestly this is deserved. I will never be back!

I’m an Uber deliverer. I walked in, asked for the name on the order, got ignored, asked again and she responded with “yeees it’s the only order I have.” It’s the female manager with glasses and a sour face. I’ve worked at Wendy’s before and never treated customers like that even if the question was stupid. How is someone so rude even a manager? I see it all the time and it’s wild.
