uhh I got the cinnabon pull apart thinking it was gonna be good, it’s one solid block. hard as a rock. there’s no icing or sauce of any kind on it, it’s dry as a bone. and very burnt on the bottom. I took pictures and video of it but unfortunately I can’t attach them. it’s honestly so disappointing. I tried calling two different Wendy’s to ask about it but neither of their phones seem to work. so that’s cool.
the potato was kinda old. I had ordered salt and pepper and they only gave me 5 pepper packets and no salt. I ordered a fork and napkins since I’m at work, no fork or napkins.

45 minutes in the drive through tonight with only 5 cars in line and I ordered using the app. I really like pulling up to the speaker and they refuse to accept another order so you sit in the cold with the window down. NOT Fast Food !!!! Whatever I may have saved for buying cheap food slowly I lost in gas with the car running for almost an hour.

Ordered a salad in the dining area and was told there were no forks. I asked the woman at the front how I was supposed to eat it and she offered a spoon. I told her I now cant eat with my family and asked her for a refund. She gladly gave me a refund and took my salad away too!!! I expected to wait til I got home to eat after my family and the refund was for the inconvenience. I am very upset with how this was handled. Very poorly and I didn’t need an attitude for a legitimate question.

I’m writing this review from another Wendy’s location. Usually I don’t leave reviews for fast food but I’ve NEVER been to a Wendy’s as competent as this one. Every other Wendy’s either messes my order up, or has HORRIBLE customer service. This location is amazing and I’ve never had any issues here. Thank you & keep doing what you’re doing

This is the slowest fast food store I’ve ever encountered. Anytime you dine in you wait for food. Drive through forget it. Always a line. Door dashers get fed up waiting for my order too. They need to get their stuff together.

When we walked in there were two kiosks. Only one was on. I went through the entirety of placing my order only for it not to accept payment. As I went to tap my card the cc machine fell off the kiosk. I was able to pay at the register and it seemed like the employees where aware you could order not pay.
My food was really good.
But the restaurant dining area was so dirty. The floor was sticky to the point my 9 year old pointed it out because his shoes stuck to the floor. There was trash and unwiped tables.
The soda machine was out of about 50% of the selection displayed.

Tuesday October 7, 2025. Between 8-8:20pm nightshift service is getting worse day by day. We ordered in the drive-thru, they barely let you order, you havent finish speaking and they already saying “anything else” and they speak so fast that u can berely understand and if you ask for repeat they get mad. Rushing for nothing, because when u get to the window have to wait for your order. And they have the nerve to tell you that they cant to add ons on the windows it have to be in the order area, when they barely let you talk. And they dont even give u, napkins or straws. What is the rush? Cold fries and the drink is 80% ice rather than drink itself. And to finish talking with rude attidude and looking mad. If you dont like working with people dont take jobs that require costumer service.

I don’t know why I continue to give this place a chance. Never had a good experience there ): the drive thru takes FOREVER and the staff all look and act like they hate it there. And there’s always something wrong with my order. This most recent time there wasn’t any ice for drinks. I was handed a lukewarm soda. It’s happened there before and I didn’t want to make a stink. So I went home and put it in some ice… but the soda was completely flat. And the fries are soggy…Disgusting.

if i ask for ketchup on my burger where its and on top of that they just want to be fast and where its the quality not everything its being fast i have when on night time and i never have that problem night shift are the best workers day shift they don’t know how to take care of the customers
