I always go thru the drive thru and the speed and service is AMAZING!! I ALWAYS get an accurate order and good quality food!! I have not experienced a Wendy’s like this ever!! You can definitely see leadership in management caring for service and quality!!

Was covering the store in the area for my job and stopped at Wendy’s for lunch. Parking lot was clean it. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. Picked up a cheeseburgers and fries for lunch. And the food was prepared just like the picture on the wall. If you’re in the mood for fast food this Wendy’s is definitely up your alley. Definitely recommend

This Wendy’s is the worst! Bad attitudes, bad service, bad food, poor management. No one there wants to take responsibility for anything. Something is always missing, incorrect or poor quality. The drive through after dark is like a game of ‘Duck Hunt’ … you never know if you’ll get what you ordered, the right amount, the right sides, or the right size. It’s a free for all down there. What a shame!

Food was disgusting. Both my daughter and I got sick after eating and i only had 1 fry and half of chicken nugget. I’m not sure if the oil needed to be changed or something else, but the fries and nuggets had the same taste absolutely horrible!

This Wendy’s is still the best around. I really don’t know what the other reviews are talking about when it comes to the team because they are really kind in there.
Tonight I ordered a custom burger and it was wrong. I just went inside and let them know POLITELY (because it takes no effort to be nice people – literally zero). Mind you this was during the dinner rush. The drive thru line was out to the road! They took the burger, tossed it, and remade it for me – no questions asked. While I was waiting, they even dumped the rest of my order and gave me new stuff. When I told them they didn’t have to do that, the girl just said she wanted to make sure it was hot because I had been waiting a couple minutes so it was no big deal.
Try getting that kind of service at mcdonalds… it won’t happen. The team here is great! Be polite and treat these hard workers like humans. You’ll be surprised how you are treated in return.
The team is great and the manager does an excellent job finding hard working staff.

I wish I had photos to add but the food was so on point that my family and I scarfed it all down. The ladies working the window, the manager, and the kitchen staff were amazing!! Not one single thing wrong with my order and I had asked for a custom burger because my family has a picky eater. The girls were patient and polite. Chick-fil-a better watch out with this Wendy’s team. Bravo <3
